We stayed here while moving our daughter into Saint Francis University. Everything was great. Enjoyed the staff, our room and our breakfast. Centrally-located with a decent gym and drinks and snacks at an affordable price. We will make this our go-to hotel when visiting our daughter.

We stayed at the Hampton while visiting relatives in Johnstown. Over past years we have tried several different hotels in the area. This is by far the best. I don't know how old it is, but it feels new. Convenient to anything in Johnstown, especially the airport and restaurants. All staff we met were efficient and friendly, a real plus! We'll definitely return.

The front desk staff was wonderful!! They make this place. The room was to be expected for a Hampton Inn BUT there was a bug directly in the middle of my bed when I arrived. So... The breakfast was expected as well. So besides the bug, it was fine.

We have stayed here many times and have always been very comfortable. In the past two weeks we stayed twice so that we could be with a family member through illness and then passing. The staff, especially Linda and Karen, were SO kind and helpful to us during this very difficult time, accommodating early check-in and late check-out so that we could be with our family members as much as possible, offering sympathy and kind words, bringing treats to our pets, and generally doing their very best to make the logistics of our stay as easy as possible. We are truly grateful.

Visiting our son at Pitt Johnstown and stayed here with our other two sons, ages 13 and 12, for one night. Great hotel and location. Friendly service; great hot breakfast included; had a minor housekeeping issue but resolved right away and staff was apologetic. Love the coffee bar all day. Clean and modern!

Following a horrible experience at the Stow Ohio Hampton this was the chains last chance. Corporate if you are listening this location is FANTASTIC. The grounds are very well maintained, common areas were clean and inviting, room reservation was perfect, room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were smiling and attentive. Numerous hotels in the area but this location will always be our first choice.

I traveled there due to a family emergency with my girlfriend, staying about 4 nights. Clay and the rest of the team took incredible care of us during our stay, making everything easier for us. They managed to find a room despite us just showing up at a busy time, and then enable us to stay in the same room each night so that despite not having advance reservations and tight availability. That alone would make me stay with them in the future. It is hard to find teams that go that far above and beyond for customers. Breakfasts were good, the hotel was completely refreshed and our room quiet despite the number of clients (lots of business people).

My husband and I were in town visiting his sick father - staff here went above and beyond allowing us to check in early (so the dog had somewhere to be) and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast looked great, but we didn't eat anything. The rooms and common areas we were in were immaculate. Again, every member of staff we interacted with was extraordinary kind. This is our go to for Johnstown moving forward.

Immaculately clean facility with a staff that was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were hard working and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was excellent - best we have experienced in this level of hotel. Received a text each day of the stay inquiring if they could be of assistance.
