I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Ein wunderbarer Familienausflug Bevor ich hierher kam, war ich voller Neugier und Sorge hinsichtlich der Grenze zwischen China und Myanmar. Nach meiner Ankunft spürte ich den herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service von Butler Xiao Li und anderen Mitarbeitern. Gleichzeitig bietet das Hotel maßgeschneiderte Tagestouren zu malerischen Orten wie dem Wild Elephant Valley und den Botanischen Gärten an, ohne Routine, ohne Einkaufen und mit herzlichen und durchdachten Touren. Der Manager half während der gesamten Reise bei der Planung der Reiseroute und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Die Butler wie Xiao Tang kümmerten sich sorgfältig und rücksichtsvoll um uns. Great location if you wanna feel the vibe and noise of the city. This area get busy and loud in the evenings, mostly of visitors to the city. Some of the roads gets closed to vehicles during the evening cater to pedestrians. The rooms are sufficient and staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is mainly fChinese food with some selection of dry cereal such as Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies. Do make sure you check out the pool, bar and gym on the top floor.

Ich weiß nicht, ob ich von anderen guten Hotels in Yunnan verwöhnt wurde, aber der Service in diesem Hotel ist durchschnittlich und etwas lauwarm. Sie können sagen, dass es nicht gut ist, aber das können Sie nicht sagen, ihr Dienst ist immer noch ihre Pflicht. Allerdings ist es nur meine Pflicht, mehr nicht, und mir läuft ein wenig kalt den Rücken runter. Das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm. Ich konnte den Geruch noch immer riechen, obwohl ich die ganze Nacht geschlafen hatte, zum Glück war ich nur für eine Nacht hier. Der Blick auf den Fluss ist schön. Die Badewanne ist riesig und steht vor einem großen Fenster, was mir sehr gefällt. Abgesehen davon war an dem Zimmer nichts Besonderes. Der Frühstücksbereich war dunkel und etwas kalt und die Sojamilch-Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück hatte ein paar Probleme. Es ist die Art von Sache, von der man sagt, sie existiert nicht, obwohl sie es nicht ist. Aber ich kann nichts Gutes sagen. Übrigens sind Kaffee und Tee aus Yunnan beide berühmt, aber im Zimmer stand nur Instantkaffee von Nestlé und es gab nicht einmal Tee. Werde nicht wieder hingehen.

Location was great, walking distance for many restaurants and highlights of the city itself. Drive to regional highlights such as Wild Elephant Valley and Rain Forest was a breeze at approximately less than an hour for both. Many great food restaurants in the area. Hotel has a photo service that is a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit basic with roughly two choices every day. Hotel was clean and the employees were very helpful for all the requests we had. Beds are large enough for 3 person families and rooms are spacious. Amenities are of quality and well prepared.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit kompletter Ausstattung und sehr gutem Service an der Rezeption. Da wir ein Baby mitbringen, haben wir das Zimmer kostenlos aufgewertet und die Kinder können in der runden Badewanne baden. Die Toilettenartikel im Zimmer sind sehr gut, ausgestattet mit Einweg-Badebeuteln, Toilettenvorlegern usw., was sehr praktisch ist, und die Toilette ist mollig und süß. Die Kinder gehen jeden Abend schwimmen. Für diejenigen unter uns, die nicht jeden Tag auf Reisen rausgehen können, wenn es regnet, sind die Kinder froh, schwimmen zu können.

Das Hotel bietet eine weite Aussicht und überblickt die gesamte Landschaft von Gaozhuang! Unten gibt es auch einen Strand🏖️Er ist so schön, dass er mir eine Urlaubsatmosphäre verleiht😭 Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge, in dem wir wohnten, war sauber und komfortabel und hatte auch eine eigene Badewanne. Der Nachmittagstee und das Frühstück, das im Zimmer inbegriffen war, waren ebenfalls reichhaltig und lecker😋Obwohl es auf einem Berg liegt, ist es sehr praktisch zum Reisen , und sie haben sehr sorgfältig einen Abhol- und Bringservice arrangiert!
