濮院古鎮是新開發的，自然有好處有壞處，簡單分享一下：
好處：
1、我們清明3天2晚，酒店內大概逛了7788，地方是真的大，避開人潮，好👍
2、酒店內很多互動體驗項目，有收費，有免費，我們的套餐中含：雙人頌缽療愈、旅拍（沒預約到）、（宋街曉市用早餐）、雙人下午茶
3、管家服務貼心，房間內迷你bar首輪免費，房間安靜，內部一次性用品俱全（泡澡袋、浴鹽）
不足之處：
1、酒店在福善思附近（古鎮最深處），初到者對地形不熟悉，沒有完整體系的介紹，光一張地圖實難看的進去。而每次到古鎮上叫車送，都衹能是大交通主幹道通行，所以有些核心景區到不了的
2、景區內的路牌是在很小，路徑和標識不夠清晰
3、古鎮內的小吃街太不豐富了，屈指可數，儘快招商吧，招多點商業合作，能促進古鎮的文化、經濟發展。
總體適合想找清靜的放鬆去處，內部的景觀、寺廟建造花了很多心思，值得稱讚👍

位置就在西柵景區旁，離入口200米，步行不到5分鐘，旺中帶靜，對面和附近有不少餐廳和便利店，房間挺寬敞，床單很乾凈，廁所淋浴分開十分衞生，浸泡池2個出水口，充滿水十分快，池中夠大，足夠2人同浴，池邊有一級，可坐可躺。花園有錦鯉池，這季節沒什麼蚊，晚上在池中亭抽雪茄很舒服，常有人路過走進花園打卡。前台女士很友善，柴犬旺財喜歡和人玩。沒什麼缺點，唯一就是淋浴間地面有點漏水，修一下就可以。
建議民宿在浸浴池邊的木柵上加2個毛巾掛架，和前台可賣一些温泉粉浸浴

過年期間去的，房間性價比不高，因為訂的超級飛俠主題房，但是和普通標房大小一樣，就是改成了上下床，下面的空間有點浪費，沒有好好利用起來，建議佈置一些小朋友玩的東西或者帳篷。酒店位置不錯，離西塘不遠，周邊還有個歡樂羊村，適合親子出行。服務也不錯喲，有每天活動安排，雖然説安排的項目簡單，但是小朋友很有參與感。整體評價還是不錯的，親子屬性優秀，還有小玩具小零食贈送。樓層佈置很有氛圍感，細節也很多，開門會有樂迪説話，其實小孩子不用花什麼錢一點小心思就能很喜歡這裏了。我們提前一天入住的，所以選房很順利，拿到了孩子喜歡的樂迪主題。

Dieses Hotel ist im ursprünglichen Langham Place Hotel aufgeführt und hatte keinen Eindruck davon. Diesmal war ich mit jemandem auf Geschäftsreise, aber das Ergebnis war eine schlechte Erfahrung Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern weiß ich nicht, ob sie an anderen Orten verfügbar ist. Das Fitnessstudio ist ausgelagert, was ein schlechtes Wort ist. Als ich es dem Hotel meldete, sagten sie, sie hätten es gemeldet an die Geschäftsleitung des Hotels, aber es war nutzlos. . . Die Zimmerausstattung und die Dekoration sind alle original, sehr alt und weisen viele Gebrauchsspuren auf; es ist nicht zu empfehlen. . .
Das einzig Gute ist, dass das Frühstück reichhaltig, aber kalt ist. . .

GGastnutzerGreat stay at Eden Club House. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free as our luggage was picked up by the staff at the service centre, and there was also a buggy ride that dropped us off directly at the hotel. We were served snacks and tea at the waiting area while the staff helped us with check-in paperwork. One of the staff also explained in detail to us about the various attractions nearby and which ones to visit first. We were also given complimentary pudding. Service during breakfast next day was fantastic as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the service was impeccable, on par with some of the best 5-star international hotel chains (or maybe even better). Will definitely recommend to all who are visiting Wuzhen. A big thank you to 小金 and 小许 for such a memorable stay at Eden Club House!

GGastnutzerIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere.
Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay.

Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary.
Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving.
Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Bblaire_🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience
1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

JJeannieWe had an amazing stay in Tong An! We were given a free upgrade to the room overlooking the canal and it was so pretty and calm at night. The rooms were clean and modern and the service was awesome. They even had free porridge supper for guests at night.

MMy Shanghai LifeFinally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view.
The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese.
Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

LLay KimWir reisen allein aus Malaysia. Vor der Ankunft hatte der Boss/Eigentümer des Ortes mit mir über Wechat kommuniziert, um uns zu leiten, wie man auf dem öffentlichen Verkehrsweg reisen kann, was auch die Kosten spart. Der Besitzer/Boss ist hervorragend. Wir sind um 9pm+ spät angekommen. er kam um 6 von uns persönlich zu holen. er zeigte uns, wo wir am nächsten Tag gehen und die lokale Trishaw für uns zu arrangieren, damit wir die Einzigart der Stadt erleben können. Wir hatten auch Abendessen und Frühstück im Guthaus. Ich muss sagen, die Lebensmittel sind fein. Die meisten von uns sind vegetarisch, aber sie können auch leckeres Gemüse essen kochen. ein muss versuchen, wenn Sie in Wuzhen bleiben. Er stellte fest, dass das Gasthaus auch Preisen von Reisen erhalten hat, weil viele andere Gäste auch die gleiche kommentieren. Wir werden sicher in diesem Gasthaus wieder bleiben, wenn wir wegen des Wärmeservices des Chefs und der Mitarbeiter zurück in die Stadt gehen.
