"If someone is so unhappy to stay in this hotel, be warned to expect nothing at all from the staff. My checkin was accomplished by a girl in a steady bad mood; asked about finding some restaurant nearby she just showed me the door and told me to walk around. There was no water in my fridge, hence I called room service to order 2 bottles costing ILS 20 each. Only one was fetched but before bringing the second I had to pay, in cash, in advance. A ILS 50 was produced by me and the guy told me to wait for the order and the change. Another guy brought the water and was just leaving when I asked about the change. He said that no change was owed and a tough argument took place taking more than half an hour to be solved. Communicated about the issue the bad tempered recepcionist just heard as it seemed routine. During breakfast the guy in charge with the eggs was frying omelettes talking through mobile phone with no breake and paying no attention to the hosts orders. It looks like all the staff is aloof with hosts needs and rudness is the rule. If one doesn't care about being treated like dirt, that's the right place "

"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."

"Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze und es wird nicht erwähnt. Der Spa ist geschlossen und so ist die Cove Bar. Obwohl keines von ihnen bei der Buchung offengelegt wird und alle als Teil der Hoteleinrichtungen beschrieben werden. Das Hotel ist schön, aber überpreist und wir waren sehr enttäuscht über die falsche Werbung. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Jacuzzi im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wir nahmen die “Suite”, die ein durchschnittliches Zimmer war."

"i booked this hotel because they offer SPA and POOL i called few days before to book spa treatment fno one got back tome when i arrived at the hotel i was told that the hotel doed not offer spa tretemtn any longer -- but it is still on their web site even now -- i wanted to fo the pool on the web site they say pool i sopen until 18:00 -- i have checked in at 16:50 i was told that they have changed it until 17:00 -- still in their web site it is 18:00---so there was nothing to do to enjoy the hotel , for breakfast they do not have any option fo salads -- only option for 3 kind of eggs that comes with a salads as a side dish , the staff at the hotel especially ADEL at the desk are Friedly helpful and more.."
