"Staying in the Old City of Jerusalem is such a special experience, and there are very few hotels located there. This place is so charming and has a very special vibe to it. It is a short walk to the Kotel, and it was so close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was great, and the hotel room and facilities was exactly what we were looking for. Only disappointing thing was the breakfast that was offered, but I think that's mainly due to the war and drop in tourism. I really hope that this summer the tourist industry improves and that people get to visit these charming hotels."

"Wir haben 4 Nächte über *********** gebucht als Teil unseres 12-tägigen Israelurlaubs, unser erster Besuch dort. Bei diesem Aufenthalt wollten wir die Altstadt erleben, und das gelang uns, obwohl die Logistik an diesem Ort schwierig war, was unsere Recherchen nicht klarstellten. Taxis dürfen ohne Sondergenehmigung nicht zum Saladin fahren, die Straßen sind eng und nur zu Fuß zu befahren. Der nächste Eingang ist das Damaszenertor, und unser Taxifahrer war so nett, uns mit unseren 6 Gepäckstücken zu helfen, die wir eine Viertelmeile weit tragen mussten. Könnte manchmal laut und geschäftig sein, 25.000 Menschen leben im muslimischen Viertel, Freitagsgebete und die Prozession nach Hause sind in den Straßen voll. Das Essen in der Nähe war lückenhaft, kein Essen im Hotel. Das Personal war nett, Bett und Zimmer waren gut, wenn auch etwas klein (12 x 12 Fuß). Das viele Gehen und die Hügel haben dem empfindlichen Knie meiner Frau stark zugesetzt, also sind wir mit einer Frist von einem Tag nach 2 Tagen abgereist. Das Hotel hat uns unser Geld für die 2 nicht genutzten Nächte nicht erstattet."

"We went to Zahara restaurant in the Nuchu hotel. Nicely decorated but the music was too loud so the manager did turn it down. The waitress seemed inexperienced. She asked us right away what we wanted to order before even bringing us water so I had to ask the bartender for water. Also the cocktails took 25 minutes to arrive. The menu only served beef, one fish dish and goose. I had the crispy goose leg salad with mint leaves. Quite tasty but hardly crispy. Then for mains we had goose breast and beef entrecôte which was prepared well except I wasn’t crazy about the beet cream. What was weird was we noticed the other side of the patio had white tablecloths. Ours didn’t. Typical upscale Israeli restaurant. Better than most."

Zigarettengeräusche in den Korridoren also in dem Zimmer. Wasserflug in den Korridor: Geruch und Störung. Pool am - 3 entsprechend den Fotos, aber viele Kinder also keine Ruhe im Spa . Kurz laut! Keine Ruhe möglich . Kopierbares Frühstück im Selbstbetreuung. Aber schlecht gereinigten Tische. Schade ."

Das Spa ist sehr gut, sie geben 10% vom Hotel Gäste ab und die Preise sind sehr gut, wenn Sie es in Dollar umrechnen. Das Frühstück ist ein großes Buffet und ist im Aufenthalt enthalten. Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel eine 4.8 Sternrating geben. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die alte Stadt. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Jerusalem, so dass Sie leicht zu Orten kommen können."

"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."

"I travel to Israel somewhat often and am used to the different standards that different countries have in many ways. This was my first time at a brown hotel. Their website clearly specified a number of services available at the hotel. Unfortunately it’s a bait and switch. They supposedly offer a breakfast each morning but halfway through my stay it was decided to discontinue food service entirely. No one tells you this in advance in any way. Next after a few days into a multi week stay I try to find the laundry bag that is supposed to be in the room. No bag but also not a big deal. Also no laundry service as advertised just a machine in the basement. Also not the end of the world so I do my own. A week later I go back to do another load and the machine is gone entirely. The front desk staff says the owners decided not to have laundry any more. No notice, in room literature still says laundry, web site still say laundry. I ask where a laundromat is located and no one knows. The staff are very nice and friendly. Management leaves lots to be desired. Oh yeah, the rooms are teeny tiny too."

"We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is the best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance is 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. WiFi isn't great at all it keeps disconnecting throughout our stay and the signal was bad most times. Kindly improve WiFi. The Service is great and breakfast is wonderful. The staff are all very kind and very helpful. They even invited us to eat delicious maqluba the one night it was so tasty and we really enjoyed the meal and generosity. They are all very kind. The view from the rooftop is the best view! We can't get enough of it. They have a tea/coffee station in the lobby area and water which is complimentary this was lovely. Overall Thank you for a good stay will surely recommend this lovely hotel to others "
