Was more than accommodating and very clean. Great service

The sheets were dirty, shower clearly not cleaned for months, the floors hadn’t been swept. Women standing around talking about inappropriate things. I’d NEVER spend another penny to stay there again.

Check-in was easy and employee was friendly. Room was clean, quiet and stayed cool all night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was honestly better than expected. I had waffles with bacon and my daughter had granola and fruit. We had no issues or complaints and would recommend.

There were gluten free udis muffins in the breakfast area. More hotels should be doing this. All Marriott’s should be doing this. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We had an easy check in and check out.

NO WAY. They are attempting to charge me $150.00 “smoke free environment fee” Here’s the problem. We checked in at 9:30pm Fri.2/02/22. After taking our things to the room, we went outside to smoke for 20mins“ON CAMERA” then we came in and went to bed. Upon waking at 7:30am Sat.2/03/22 we got coffee and went outside again to smoke “ON CAMERA” Went out a few more times then checked out at 10:45. The camera will show that I did not even smoke in the vehicle I drove to the hotel in as I do not smoke in my vehicle “ON CAMERA”( parked by the entrance) if I do not smoke in my vehicle I wouldn’t smoke in a non smoking hotel. SERIOUSLY I CANT BELIEVE THIS CHARGE. I roll my own cigarettes and may have left remnants of tobacco. I put a cigarette butt in a Pepsi can and threw it away in the hotel room trash can. YOU CAN NOT CHARGE ME FOR EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. I did not smoke in the hotel room. This is very upsetting and ready to take this attempted $150.00 charge as far as I need to go! Be aware of something like this happening to you here!!! Fraudulent charges to increase revenue. And, I believe that they do this hoping that we do not catch the extra charge and that they get away with it. I’m on fire so upset and so disappointed To whom it may concern, this issue needs resolved- My stay was 9/2/22-9/3/22 Checkin 9:30pm/Check out 10:45am Beth Parrish

During a road trip my car broke down & I ended up stuck in Jeffersonville for 2 days. I found the Fairfield & had reached out at first to see about local mechanics, and Wendy was very hospitable & sympathetic in my situation & was more than happy to recommend a local mechanic. The night auditor was fantastic (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!), and was incredibly warm & welcoming upon checkin. His hospitality was like a breath of fresh air during a tough time. The facility is very clean, rooms set up comfortably & the shower size & pressure was great! I would also like to thank Michelle, for going out of her way to ensure I was comfortable during my time there. Free breakfast & the saltwater pool were some wonderful amenities as well. If you ever find yourself in this area, I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

We didn't have reservations and it was after 11 pm, after a long day of driving just needed a comfortable place to sleep. The front desk girl was very busy trying to help multiple guests with various things but was able to take care of us in a timely manor. She was very welcoming and friendly. The property itself was very clean and our room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We can't say enough about how wonderful Michelle and the other staff were at this hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for our quick mornings out the door and although the hotel was completely full for the WGI competition in Dayton, we had no issues from other groups with noise. We really enjoyed our 3 days and I don't say that often when I stay at other hotels.
