1. Ich hatte europäische Geräte. Keine Konverter verfügbar. Das war mein 3. Hotel in KSA und das Onlz, das kein Konverter hatte. Die Rezeption versuchte, das Problem herauszuarbeiten, schickte mir einen Techniker, der eine Zeitlösung für ein Gerät gemacht, aber ehrlich gesagt war das so schlecht . Nicht haben Converter 2. Während ich aus war, versuchte ich, die Rezeption viele Male, wie ich fragen musste über Atms um . Es war nach Mitternacht, 5 Mal rief ich und Nobodz antwortete 3. Das Hotel ist sehr weit von Jeddah Zentrum 4. Das Zimmer ist kalt, obwohl das Wetter heiß ist und ac ich ausgeschaltet. 5. Ich ging zu 3 Hotels, wie gesagt in 10 Tagen in ksa, das ist das wenige, das ich genossen hatte. 6. Ich würde ehrlich gesagt nicht überlegen, dieses Hotel wieder zu kommen, obwohl das Personal so freundlich ist, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass, wenn ich Unterstützung benötigt, nichts passiert ist . Aber die Einstellung der Menschen war freundlich, ehrlich zu sein, aber am Ende des Tages würde ich nicht wieder kommen

A fantastic hotel close to the international airport! Excellent service and food. Clean room; the room that I stayed in was immaculate. The staff are polite and friendly. The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

GGuest UserIch habe im Monat Februar 22 im Rahmen des Quarantänepakets für 4 Tage in diesem Hotel geblieben. Erstaunliches Zimmer mit allen digitalen Steuerkreisen, sei es Gräben, Zimmerbeleuchtung, Kühlsystem. Schöne dekorierte geräumige Zimmer. Essen war besser als erwartet. Als Vegetarier weiß ich, dass meine Optionen sehr begrenzt sein werden, aber der Koch hat mir wirklich geholfen, indem er Vegpasta und Falafel Sandwiche etc. gemacht. Ich möchte hier noch einmal bleiben, sicherlich nicht unter Quarantänepaket, um mehr über die verfügbaren Einrichtungen zu erkunden. Hier möchte ich dem Empfangsteam besonderen Dank aussprechen (entschuldigen Sie, dass ich den Namen der Dame und des Mannes auf der Empfangsstelle vergessen habe), die mir immer geholfen und bei jeder und jeder Stufe während der Quarantäne geholfen haben. Einen Aufenthalt wird sicher wieder in diesem Hotel.

Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

22329181453Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Jeddah International Exhibition Centre, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, aber um zur Ausstellungshalle zu gelangen, muss man einen weiten Umweg machen. Auf der Straße gibt es keinen Zebrastreifen, der Haupteingang der Ausstellungshalle ist jedoch vorhanden Wird gerade renoviert... Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber die Zimmer sind ok. Vor allem das Frühstück, das aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, ein großer Teller mit Eiern, Saft, Brot und Obst

GGuest UserWe booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

MMelindaDie Zimmer sind genau wie auf dem Bild.Nur was ich nicht mag, als wir ins Zimmer eintreten hatte ein wenig müde Geruch, aber nachdem wir das Fenster geöffnet, war es ok.Es gibt einen netten Kaffeeshop auf dem Boden.Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels.Es war Nur 1 Handtuchset für 5 Personen, aber dann haben wir gefragt und sie uns gegeben.Das Personal ist nett, hilfreich.Es ist eine halbe Stunde Fahrt für die wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen (für jeden Ort).Ich würde für diejenigen empfehlen, die einen Aufenthalt im Haushalt wollen.

Mmaher mIch bin erstaunt von der hohe Qualität des Services. Der Manager kümmert sich sehr persönlich um die Gäste und JOEL war unglaublich professionell. Wir haben 4 Tage im Hotel verbracht und werden definitiv nochmal kommen. Zimmer war super ausgestattet und Location ist sehr zentral gelegen.

BBinteGeräumiges Zimmer, gut eingerichtete Möbel geben dem Zimmer ein gemütliches Gefühl. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Möbel sind mit Einrichtungen im Zimmer komplett. Alles ist gut und wie erwartet, außer dass die Teppiche und Gräber reinigen/ersetzen müssen.
Das Hotel hat kein Frühstück, aber es gibt Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe des Hotels, so dass Essen nicht ein Problem ist.
Nicht alle Hotelpersonal sprechen Englisch, aber es gibt jemanden, der helfen kann.
