- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kc residency, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of jammu, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travellers. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Location: the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight. Situated near ragunath temple, it allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. Whether i wanted to visit market or enjoy the local nightlife, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Food: the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had breakfast at their in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of both dishes. The buffet was well-organised, with fresh and delicious options ranging from fruits, pastries, and cereals. The service at the restaurant was also attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Service: what truly made the stay special was the impeccable service. From the moment i checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They were eager to help with recommendations and directions, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was always spotless after returning from a day out. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, my stay at kc residency was a memorable experience. The combination of a great location, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting jammu, whether for business or leisure.

They allotted me a business class room. It was way beyond my expectations. Spacious room, big windows, big wash room, and every thing very well neat and clean. Toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Hotel is well located, and bonus is that they have there own vehicle which one can rent to go anywhere, at a rate lower than the market rate. I would stay here again during my next visit to jammu.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the town. The rooms are good unfortunately there is no natural light in the room that i stayed in. Good is again excellent. The pool very beckoning. Somehow the hotel does not have running hot water. You have to request for it half an hour before your bath. The overall feel is clean and hygienic
