The hotel is unprofessional and need attitude change. Management should know they are part of Hospitality industry, which have some set principals and standards. Tea kettle, if there it has to be with tea kit ( may cost only Rs 10.00), not given. Person has to ask toiletry kit. Water bottle for RO, but empty. Shower broken in one room, on enquiry comment that still you can have shower to a woman relative. Evening when asked, to room boy, they told water, tea kit is chargeable. Lift is a pain,if some one does not close grill well, all will remain standing. Hotel management should understand what industry they are catering, better they understand. Only fixing good tiles and show off does not compensate basic services.
