Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Hotelservice in Indien

Nice hotel in der Stadt Jalandhar. Hygiene war ok, Service war gut. Jedoch wartete ich 45 Minuten für eine Tasse Tee und es gab keinen Parkplatz, wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben. Frühstück hatte eine begrenzte Wahl. Wir haben das Zimmer speziell für das Bad ausgewählt, aber nur das kalte Wasser funktionierte.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, obwohl der Eingang und der Ausgang klein sind, die Zimmer sind wie erwartet von der ITC-Gruppe gemütlich und vollen Reinigungsmarken einschließlich Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Gräben. Die Ein- und Auscheckung war reibungslos und das Empfangspersonal war freundlich.

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir waren von den Einrichtungen beeindruckt, aber leider sehr enttäuscht, weil wir ein Objekt vergessen und uns das Personal sagte, dass sie es nicht finden konnten, was nicht stimmte.

Wir besuchten eine Hochzeit und sind froh mit dem Hotel, das wir gewählt haben. Wir hatten insgesamt 4 Zimmer reserviert. Das kostenlose Frühstück war ein toller Ort, um die Tagesveranstaltungen zu mixen und zu diskutieren. Danke Priya für das Chai bereit für uns. Das einzige Problem war kein heißes Wasser in ein paar Zimmern, aber das wurde sortiert.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, quite in the centre of city. The food served was nice, just a bit costly but good variety for anyone from north to south india and other places. Basic amenities and services were good. The only drawback was loud music from the 6th floor function hall. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

The whole experience is marvellous , starting from the room vibe . The dine in room experience is so good. food is really 👌. Do visit here with your family and enjoy the quality service .
