"The rooms are filthy and haven’t been cleaned for new guests. The beds and toilets are disgusting, and the rooms are infested with bugs, including cockroaches, small lizards, and mosquitoes. There’s no hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff are rude and unprofessional. Please avoid staying here at all costs and consider paying a bit more to stay at another hotel across the road."

"The location is excellent as its walking distance to the train station, bus stand and shops. The atmosphere is very budget type. Considering its pricing its definitely a budget hotel and should be reviewed as such too. For a budget hotel they gave us a very clean room and a clean bathroom. The fittings are a bit old. It had hot water but never used it because of the high temperatures in Jaffna. I think its value for what they offer. Do not book with breakfast because you are at their mercy at what is provided. I thought the breakfast was below par. Service and the staff are excellent. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pictures are from a long time back. The place looked a bit run down. We did not mind as we spent most of the time sight seeing and only came to sleep. For that purpose this was great."
