The Hotel el Bosque have been remodel as it can be see when you arrive and stay, I rented a suite it was located at the 2nd floor, the problems that I noticed are the following, the hot water was not working when using the shower, also the shower drain was not draining properly making the water stay at your feet, the bedroom was spacious but there was no glasses or cups, no coffe maker, no desk, the bedroom have a king side matress kind of hard not very good quality, the pellows were to small and not good quality, I felt a mild disconfort from the conbination of the matress and pellow, the couch was to small for a suite, it needs inprovement, the faciloities have a sweeming pool that opens at 10 am and the jacuzzi, I think the jacuzzi and sweeming pool should be open 24 hours, the cleaning around the sweeming pool and jacuzzi area made the floors slipery and the janitor took a long time to maintain the jacuzzi and sweeming pool area, the entrance of the hotel shows a 4 star, I frankly as I told the hotel manager that I do not believe this is a 4 star hotel it may be a 2 star hotel but no more, it needs improvements in the room and facilioties, a 4 star hotel usually has a buffet breakfast, this hotel offers a hotel shoose breakfast, I stayed in Casa de Luna in Chiclayo a 3 star hotel and offered a wanderfull buffett breakfast, This review is to get the attention of el Bosque Owners to improve the facilities and do not mislead customers by naming them selfs a 4 star hotel when is not, fix the hot water systems and improve the bedroom furniture, the matress and pellows are poor quality and put a coffe maker, a desk, a better couch, coffe cups and cups. The internet and cable also when out during the 2 day of my stay, upon making a complaint the manager was rude but provided a 1 night free of charge.
