This establishment provides the most abysmal customer service imaginable! Their primary concern appears to be solely centered around extracting money from patrons, with little to no regard for their needs or satisfaction. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether, as the experience is bound to be nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Everything is perfect. Hotel is just amazing, there is a warm atmosphere, you feel very welcome and safe. There are wonderful people, very nice and friendly. It is on best location, walking distance to top places, street is very quiet, rooms are nice and clean, good size and with comfortable beds. The manager is very kind and helpful, he always does his best. Breakfast is delicious, it is served on beautiful terrace with exceptional view of Istanbul. It is a place to remember, we had the best time there. Strongly recomend...

Our friends recommended us this hotel, they were staying in it before corona (in 2020 it was closed due to corona). The location of this hotel is amazing, it was really easy to visit most important paces in Istanbul from there. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Staff is pretty helpful, they even recommended us where to eat and what to visit. If we will ever visit Istanbul again, we will say again in this hotel.

Me and my mom stayed there in March for 5 nights, and we were more than happy with the hotel, its staff, location, and amazing breakfast with the most beautiful view. It is clean, modern and cosy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely incredible experience staying here. The view is one of my favourite views of Istanbul if not the best! The staff here are so sincere, caring and warm in how they care for you in your stay here. That's the difference, they care! What a lovely family who run this establishment. I'm not usually a breakfast person but this place ensured I did not miss a day as it is an amazing spread and would seriously satisfy any taste. Thank you for a wonderful stay and making me feel so at home away from home.

Отвратительное место с омерзительным персоналом! Мы должны были провести 4 ночи в этом гадком отеле, в итоге еле переночевали и сбежали. В 10 утра начали не просто дрелить, долбить, а просто за стеной рушить соседнее здание. Про устаревшую и поломанную мебель, отсутсвие нормального обогрева (старостей кондиционер),грязный пол и все остальное даже писать не хочу. Никакого шикарного завтрака и прекрасную террасу - это только хорошо сделанные фото, абсолютный обман! Ни в коем случае не ориентируйтесь на фото! Это обман! Просто очень расстроена отдать деньги за 4 ночи, выдержать одну и ни копейки они не вернули. Сам парень на ресепшн (если ещё это место можно так назвать, это по сути не отель, а хостел) сказал, если я каждому буду возвращать оплату, я ничего не заработаю. Это бизнес!!! Вот и все отношение к гостям. Я просила хотя бы вернуть по-человечески 50 процентов. Это не отель, это ДЕШЕВЫЙ ( а по факту очень дорогой!!!, мы в этот же день заселились в прекрасный отель 4 звезды) за эти же деньги ХОСТЕЛ!!! Фото сплошной обман!!! И комментарии жалкая Ложь! Фото успела сделать одно -двери в ванную комнатушку. Желания не было никакого!

On est arrivé à 13h pour récupérer les clefs de notre chambre et il y avait un bruit de marteau piqueur dans l entrée de l hôtel qui s est amplifié quand on est rentré dans la chambre . Le gérant nous a dit qu'il démolissait et reconstruisait l immeuble collé à l hôtel On a demandé à être remboursé car on ne pouvait pas rester avec ce vacarme et il nous a dit qu'il fallait payer quand même 65e donc on a pas eu le choix car vraiment trop de bruit . A ce jour donc 5 jours après ils nous ont prélevés la totalité de la somme au lieu des 65e . Je n irais jamais plus dans cet hôtel horrible

Que más se puede pedir?? Absolutamente todo el personal es maravilloso, nos cuidaron mucho. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santa Sofía, Sultanahmed... Los desayunos de Meryem Zelis abundantes y riquísimos.
