Hotelnya menanjak naik ke atas sehingga susah untuk anak2 dan org usia lanjut

We booked last minute and ended up with a large room in the basement. Only 40 euros per night £235 for 7 days. It was a stunning beautiful very large room with a king-size bed, large wardrobe with a easy to use safe, dressing table, 2 bedside cabinets. The shower was large, toilet and sink clean and good condition. Kettle and hairdryer provided. The WiFi was free and worked perfectly. There was free bottled water provided in reception. Also there was Turkish tea and hot water for instant coffee and fruit teas in reception. The room was gray and white plastered with stunning ultra modern lighting. The staff were fantastic and even the cleaners spoke English. The Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Sofia Museum, Bascilia underground water Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and Artisan Bazaar. There was also a hop on hop off bus stop and a tram stop next to the Blue Mosque. Saltanarmete had lots of fab shops and bars and some Chinese restaurants. We also found the James Joyce Irish Bar and Agatha Christies Para Palace Hotel where she wrote Murder on the Orient Express. What a lovely holiday! Definitely give the hotel and location 10 out of 10 and highly recommended it.

Horrible horrible. One, poorly maintained horrible unclean room. Arrived late so gave them even time to bring me a clean pillow and till the next day to speak to management. Then the receptionist came to bring a pillow at night then came in and tried to force his kiss on me, after pushing is chest twice and saying no, he left. Clearly visible on security cams. The management next day made me more uncomfortable by trying to buy my silence. i just wanted to leave so took back my money and they bribed me with a shot 200€!!! Horrible horrible place

Very hard to stay there with family especially to access the place with children and packs. Taxi driver from airport put our 4 languages 100 meters away since the hotel is located on a mountain sournede by Very old roads with cars everywhere. It's hard to walk with children on the streets since they are to small. And there is no breakfast!

I’ve been staying in the hotel about a week I really likes it’s only 7 minutes by walking to the grand bazar and about 15 minutes to Hagia Sofia the location is good I loved the vibe of the hotel it’s modern and cute and so clean the staff so friendly they treat you like a friend not as client thank you very much you made my stay unforgettable 🤩

El hotel es cómodo, y sus instalaciones son modernas, la ubicación es 10/10 y el personal es sumamente amable y diligente, nos ayudaron a reagendar nuestro transfer y nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para comer y hacer compras. Volvería 100%
