Hôtel Aalborg

We went skiing in Les Deux Alpes and stayed at Hotel Aalborg for 5 night. A perfect location next to the skiing area, with the sunniest terras in Les Deux Alpes. Everybody at the hotel was extremely friendly, service oriented and helpful. Service at the terras was perfect, so was it in the bar, reception and restaurant. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. It was convenient to have a ski-shop in the same building and parking next to it. The hotel is not new but there is a nice and cosy atmosphere. The rooms contain what one need for a great holiday, beds were good but, with one small remark, our bathroom was a bit outdated and could do with an uplift. As a 3 star hotel, it offers very good value for money. In our opinion, with a few uplifts it could easily be considered a 4 star hotel. We enjoyed staying at Aalborg and will be happy to come back.

Unfortunatelly our stay at hotel was very dissapointing to what the fotos show! Everything was bad from our first day, the room very old, unpleasant, dirty carpet, no tea, coffee, no fridge, no soap, they offee shampoo gel to be used as a soap! The food in restaurant terrible, everything we ordered at dinner was untasty, the desserts were worst than the one u can buy in supermarket! The breakfast for all our stay was the worst I have had in Europe, it resembles to the one hotels in Africa offer! Always running out of croassants, eggs, which were the mainly meal as there was not much else, once I came 20 min before 10 am when they close and there was no more bread and croassants, had to ask, they offered some homemade cookies which were very hard and not possible to eat! The coffee from mashine tastes very very bad! I ordered once a crepe, it went in the trush, never had such a bad crepe! It looks like the hotel does not have a chef, instead somebody who has no clue about simple normal food! The only good things about the hotel are the bar and reception staff and the view. There are so many other hotels nearby close to the pists Im sure cant be so bad as this one!

Super friendly and helpful staff, looked after us from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived, and had a fantastic week. Great food, excellent service and a truly amazing location. Didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.

Hôtel très bien placé mais décevant Les parties communes sont joliment décorées mais la chambre que nous avions n'était pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles du fait d'une salle de bains presque impraticable et très austère, digne d'un hôpital non rénové. Nous avions pris la demi pension, le petit déjeuner était tout juste correct mais le diner était d'une qualité médiocre malgré les noms ronflants du menu, j'ai été malade toute la première nuit, j'ai une fragilité avec ce qui est décongelé ou pas préparé. Certains employés étaient très sympathiques mais l'autre partie beaucoup moins. Une adresse où nous étions prêts à revenir avant cette expérience.

Avons fait un weekend ski (26 au 28/01) avec notre CSE (Synchrotron). Et nous étions au Aalborg Hôtel. Hôtel super bien placé, au pied des pistes, un personnel au petit soin et toujours avec le sourire. Un petit déjeuner impressionnant. Une organisation irréprochable pour les groupes. Encore merci 😉💗❄

L’hôtel Aalborg réunit toutes les conditions pour un séjour au ski inoubliable ! Depuis quelques années, c’est là que nous posons nos valises en février et cette fois-ci pour les fêtes de fin d’année. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres avec une vue imprenable sur les pistes, le restaurant nous régale avec des menus entrée/plat/dessert très variés et différents chaque jour (bravo au chef pour les potages délicieux de cette semaine!!). Le petit déjeuner est très complet et le déjeuner sur la terrasse plein sud est également parfait (les pizzas le midi sont excellentes). L’hôtel propose également un espace bien-être impeccable, avec sauna, hammam, massages et séances de kiné ou ostéopathie effectuées par des professionnels. Après une petite chute spectaculaire sur la glace, la kiné m’a manipulée et m’a bien soulagée. Le ski shop dans l’hôtel est un plus, il propose des skis et chaussures de très bonne qualité et les conseils professionnels de Martial sont très appréciables ! Enfin, l’ambiance familiale, la générosité et la gentillesse des propriétaires des lieux Michel et Fanny (sans oublier Louna) font que nous avons hâte de revenir à chaque fois! À très vite, merci 🥰
