Good: *Comfy bed *Big room *Good AC *Bright room once sun is up *Can open windows a bit (for those that like that) *Electric socket and USB adapter on top of bedside unit *Good water pressure *Bar with good beers and food Bad: *No safe - this was mind blowing in this day and age. But especially considering how many people stay here for business *No streamer * ^But bathroom has no extraction so you can stream your clothes in there *Empty min-bar fridge *AC is turned up at night - way to warm *Shower over ankle warmer (bath) *Rip off at the bar that agreed to switch finger potatoes for mash, then charged $10 for it

I’ve always liked this hotel, location, services etc, broke the camels back for me is $10 for a beer in the bar that costs you $.80 retail to buy. No more thank you, I’ll Move my company bookings over to the Hamilton from now on. Lesser service same location but not ripping me off!

Pools are good but should be open earlier and longer so you get a swim w/o screaming kids. I was told there was room service, a dining room, and breakfast. No one ever, ever answers the phone for room service. I got fully dressed and found the dining room, but no AC this hot August night. I left the premises for dinner. In the morning, they give you breakfast. Saturday, with Susan, was great. Sunday was a confused chaos nightmare. The Sunday lady was the problem. If you hire someone to take room service orders, you can make enough $$ to fix the AC.

Our room was very clean & house keeping came daily without us having to request them. Also there was an error with our original reservation and all the staff members were very patient and dedicated to getting the issue resolved. We will be back!

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel; it’s great for business purposes but nothing really close by. Rooms are clean, free breakfast with Elite was great; staying as Elite made a huge difference; the room was much nicer this time. No complains and would stay here again.

Hotel staff is good, not great. I'll definitely look for other options if I'm in the area again. Location is severely lacking if you're in the area for anything other than a specific business purpose which I was. Rooms are dated a worn. Common areas are similar. As a Marriott lifetime titanium, I did get upgraded to a larger room which was nice.

There's absolutely no doubt that since this hotel was a Sheraton it's slowly gone from bad to worse. Quite unbelievably in May when the weather is sunny and in the 20's the only outside area including pool are still closed. There is no longer a breakfast buffet available (covid is no longer an excuse) and the staff seem to give the impression that they are doing you a favour when dealing with any enquiry.once you've scratched the surface here it's really not worth the money.

Staff are lovely firstly. But after my room door wouldn’t open (no bother an engineer fixed it for me). And asking if the heaters worked outside and being told an engineer will come turn them on (no one did, still I wasn’t bothered). But then excited to get into bed and watch a movie or well anything before I go to sleep and none of the tv channels work at all. Nor the Netflix. So I tried my own fire stick which doesn’t work either… I tried calling reception for over a minute or two ringing with no answer so I give up. Hence me writing this review and I never write reviews. So now il just watch something on my phone. Bit annoying. Bed is lovely and big and comfy, just a pain il have to wake up and call someone to see if I can get that fixed tomorrow before I fly back to the uk (only here 22hrs for work). Shame really, I’ve stayed here prob over 20 times and now the rooms are nicer but a few issues.
