Großer Kundenservice von den Shuttle-Treibern vor allem ! Besonders unser Fahrer Issam! Er geht aus seinen Wegen, um sicherzustellen, dass er sich für unsere tägliche Hotel-Office-Hotel- Irvine Spektrum- Hotel + nahegelegene Flugplätze setzen! Er begrüßt uns immer mit einem warmen, echten Lächeln. Er ist sehr besorgt über unsere Sicherheit. Er sucht nach der ganzen Gruppe von uns. Er ist wie ein Vaterliches Figur imho! Er stellt sicher, dass ich sicher bin, während ich 15 Tage im Hotel verbleibe. Er ist ein Leidenschaftler für seine Arbeit und wenn meine Erinnerung nicht gescheitert hat, hat er seit mehr als 20 Jahren im gleichen Hotel gearbeitet. ! Diese Loyalität sollte geschätzt werden. Leider konnte ich ihn nicht richtig danken, bevor ich nach Hause geflogen bin. Ich hoffe, dass ich dich das nächste Mal in LA im Jahr 2023 sehen kann, wenn Gott will.

I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California. Große Spot-Zimmer sind schön n sehr komfortable n notwendige Einrichtungen in Zimmer TV-Kanäle n Apps groß ziemlich viel alles war groß n tha Front Desk Gentlemen, Frankie, super süß n sehr hilfreich geliebt seine glückliche Einstellung n vibe machte uns fühlen sich willkommen. Ich werde hier zurück sein n Ich empfehle diesen Ort allen! 😀

The hotel, room, & most importantly the bedding & towels are all clean and provided a much sought-after relief after two previous hotels on the same trip that ultimately weren't as clean as we had hoped. The front desk staff are highly courteous and they seemed to have a great logging system for each guest and their room number. They offer complimentary parking which was appreciated. Being located close to so many restaurants and grocery stores is also amazing and we drove less than a mile to the Il Fornaio Italian restaurant last night while we were at the hotel for a night and it was indeed a fantastic experience! The hotel is also quite close enough to the flagship location of the French cafe called Moulin in Newport Beach (Bristol St) which was one of the top culinary highlights of our entire trip alongside our dinner at the Michelin-starred Spanish restaurant Vaca. This being said, while the front desk does attempt to deliver an unbelievably high level of customer service on par with international 4-star hotels, the sofa bed wasn't made for our room until the third call to the front desk across a span of a few hours and the wake up call for 4am so that we would get to the airport in time for our early morning flight also never came. Apparently the wake up call was logged into the system but the system never ended up calling our room at all that morning, so we had also requested the front desk to arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport at 5am but we wanted to make sure this wasn't also forgotten so we double-checked with the front desk about the taxi pickup and when we arrived downstairs at 5am the taxi was already ready for us and the cost for the taxi was just $12 plus a tip. Very distinctively, at least from my experience, this hotel seemed to feature a special shower/bathroom where the steam quickly fills the room and creates an incredibly spa-like head sinus reset experience which left my facial skin super hydrated on both occasions that I had taken a shower. Also the Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all very excellent for dry or irritated scalp and/or skin and the body wash was an amazing shaving gel substitute as well. The grocery items available for purchase in the lobby are rather overpriced but luckily if one hasn't the ability to frequent the nearby grocery stores then at the very least you will have an essential range of food and beverage options to stay hydrated and productive for your busy day. We loved the upscale touches throughout the property and will certainly consider returning to this hotel on future visits to Irvine!

Check in took an hour and still got charged for early check in and the house keeping took my Uber eats 10mins after it was delivered just a little uncomfortableness for me after using so many times. It is a good clean renovated hotel though!

One-night stay. Shuttle from airport was prompt however driver did not offer to help with luggage. Check-in at 8:30 PM went fine. Sandwich’s at “Bistro” were expensive but no car and late to go elsewhere. Room was very modern and clean. Bed and linens very comfortable! Huge TV! Sink was separate from the toilet and shower room which I like! Our king room had walk-in shower (no tub). Did not purchase breakfast nor use courtyard. Quiet, business-center neighborhood. Check-out and billing was ok although my address on bill was for address & state hundreds of miles away!

While the kitchen still seems to be recovering from pandemic times, the SERVICE and the BAR STAFF are amazing. Led by Miriam H - who exudes the kind of love, warmth, and spirit of service that is the essence of hospitality - you will be remembered, hugged upon return, and protected from kitchen oversights as she goes above and beyond for you. Do this miss grabbing a drink or three with Miriam and her team at the AC Lounge - check the hours, as they change based on traffic, but if you catch her, it doesn't matter what time last call is (was) - she'll take care of you. 🙏🙌🤩

Dieses Hotel hatte so viele tolle Bewertungen, aber wir haben hier zweimal geblieben und haben beide mal HORSELLICHE Erfahrungen. Wir sind Globalisten und verwendeten Punkte zu buchen. Ich habe mit der World of Hyatt App online gebucht, wo die Namen anderer Leute im Zimmer hinzugefügt werden ”Noten”. Ich war mit meiner Tante und Onkel, während mein Mann und Mutter im Gesetz in einem anderen Hotel wo wir auch Punkte haben. Edward am Front Desk war brutal und hilflos, als meine Tante und Onkel vor mir kamen und versuchten, sich anzusehen. Er beschuldigte sie von Lügen und sagte, er könne keine Notizen auf Reservierungen von seinem Computer sehen, und sagte ihnen, dass ihre Namen in der Hinweise Abschnitt nichts bedeutete, weil ”jemand ins Gemälde gehackt und Namen hinzufügen könnte.” Sie hatten auch eine gedruckte Kopie der Buchung mit ihnen, so dass sie offensichtlich hätten sie einchecken dürfen. Ich versuchte, aus dem Auto zu rufen, während ich sie traf, um Edward zu sagen, dass sie auf der Buchung sein sollten, aber er würde nicht helfen und sagte, ich musste etwa 800 Nummern rufen, um eine Rep ihre Namen hinzufügen zu der Buchung. Als ich endlich eincheckte, saßen meine Tante und Onkel auf der Kurve draußen, weil sie sagten, sie fühlten sich unbehaglich im Lobby mit Edward Glaring an ihnen. Ich prüfte uns ein, und Edward war immer noch unpologen und brutal. Wir sind Normalerweise als Globalisten aufgerüstet, aber wir wurden auch nicht angeboten. Das Zimmer war zumindest sauber und sauber. Auch Globalisten erhalten in der Regel zusätzliche Parkplätze, aber wenn wir auscheckten, Wir wurden für Parkplatz bezahlt. Ich versuchte, die Kundenservice-Line zu rufen, wartete auf die Haltestelle für 38 Minuten, bevor ich aufhänge. Ich versuchte auch, die Live-Kundenservice-Chat über die App zu verwenden, aber nach 41 Minuten kam niemand online. Ich kam endlich direkt zum Hotel, und der Generalmanager, Terry oder Kerry? war brutal und sagte, die Gebühren waren gültig, es sei denn, die Buchung war ”reddemptive”. Ich wusste nicht, was sie damit meinte, aber ich mache mit diesem Hotel.

Had to stay an extra day in Irvine, staff was friendly and helped sort out my booking and extend the stay in the same room. Also provided toiletry at the front desk when inquired.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Irvine for 3 weeks when we moved into the area and it was everything we hoped for and more. The spacious rooms, full in-room kitchen, laundry room, pool, and other amenities all made our extended stay comfortable and pleasant. But the best part of our stay was the amazing staff that went above and beyond to solve any issue and make our stay even better. Jorge, Fara, Sandra, and all the other staff members - thank you for your hospitality and professionalism.
