Coratel Inn and Suites by Jasper Saint Paul Minneapolis Inver Grove Heights

It was a suite. But NOT in COMPARISON to the suite the previous night in Becker Mn. That was HUGE. It was the size of an efficiency apt. Just big. IGH MN this place looked nice from the pictures. Our tv did NOT work. We’re called the front desk and he came to the room several times. He had to use HIS remote but didn’t fix out tv or put us in another room. I was in the bathroom and grabbed the TP and the roll went flying across the room cuz the roller was BROKE. The front desk barely spoke language you could not understand. They told me Mr.Hem is the owner. Was supposed to come in this afternoon. I called but he wasn’t there. We quit calling for the TV. It was a waste of time. Each time the front desk came up the tv lasted 8 minutes then it went out…again. I asked about comping me BUT NO they are not authorized to do that. So if you have a broken room…deal with it. I told the front desk I would write a bad review and He said “ok. You do that” then said Goodbye and Hung up. It’s a foreign owned hotel. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!! OH and the breakfast, if you can’t eat bread you can eat. Breakfast was: Toast. Bagels (small) or waffles that you buy from the grocery store. Took the eggos from the box. Shared store bought syrup and FROZEN BUTTER. No fruit. No milk. No cereal. WTH? ALMOST FORGOT we stayed in room 215 and It was NOT by 211. Or 218 or 214. Not numbered in order. And THIN WALLS. We heard THEM talking loud really loud from the attached room. Ick.

Nice work and keep up with your art style in general as well and I’m happy for your progress in this piece too large for you guys but I’m sure you’ll enjoy this one too much for me and you too I love you so much my heart goes out to your little sister that was so sweet of me

Lord have mercy!!!! This is a creepy hotel and the welcome is very rude with NO communication whatsoever. The floors were so dirty it turned the white rag gray from all the dirt on the floors and I had to purchase a mop myself to mop the entire suite. Air freshener was needed for the musk from the beds and pillows. I stayed here for about 5 weeks and abysmal service and housekeeping. I was threatened by staff and told, "We don't want you here even though my suite was paid for in full." This hotel is predator-driven and very misleading for giving proper information. Items I had in my fridge were taken by the housekeeper and found on her cart upon my entering the hallway. Very dramatic experience staying at this hotel though close to my job at 3M in Maplewood, MN....this was the only good experience

First of all, the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, now the room was disgusting, very dirty I wish I could upload the pictures I took and the videos, I couldn’t even sleep there I called the front desk and told them the lady said if you don’t like it leave, as unprofessional as that is, obviously I said you'll have to refund my money. She laughed and hung up... ill be going down in person. I’ll never come back here again! Neighbors had a kid screaming to a very alarming extent, the adult banging on the wall we share multiple times, yet my room got a noise complaint? ALSO who's ever heard of charging for a late checkout as a result of such noise? $30? hilarious. This disgusting place and room was $100, $90, $80 then back to $100. awesome being on serious business work dealing with CROOKS who CANT SPEAK ENGLISH. I had a feeling to leave immediately, I advise STAYING AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. My bosses comment stopping for 1 mine, then telling me to meet somewhere nearby as a result of rude people and the environment, "surprised they even have a business .. nothing seems up to code for 95$. There was blood on the sheets!" YUP HAD TO GET A NEW PAIR IMMEDIATELY UPON CHECKING IN?? Hell no.

This place is a dump, many full time residence very loud a packed, you can hear everything going on. Very dirty, The entire building smells like cigarettes and trash. My tv didn’t work, my heat didn’t work, my bathroom Leaked water. Room was very dirty and not a single cup in the room. Do not put yourself or a significant other in this situation. We checked in at 5ish and out at 9ish and went to a different hotel! If you try to stay here you are going to learn the hard way!
