Ich habe beschlossen, die letzten 2 Nächte der kurzen Reise im Hotel The Art Paradiso zu verbringen, da es nahe am Flughafen war. Dieses Wochenende war mein Geburtstag. Von dem Zeitpunkt, an dem ich angemeldet wurde (was der Tag vor Geburtstag war) bis zum Auschecken, wünschte jedes Personal, das ich getroffen habe, einen glücklichen Geburtstag durch den Namen. Das Hotelpersonal war immer schnell, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und warm. Als Hilfe bereit. Ich hatte Abendessen im Restaurant, der Koch machte schöne Desserts und kam aus, um sich selbst vorzustellen und auch seine heißen Wünsche zu senden. Es war eine Weile, seit ich einen angenehme Kundenservice erlebte wie diese. Vergiss mich nicht, die meisten 5-Sterne-Hotelkette sind professionell, aber es fehlt an persönlichem Kontakt. Art Paradiso ist außer seinem unglaublichen Design, ästhetisch angenehmen Umfeld, bequeme Lage und Einrichtungen, die hervorragende Service, die mein Aufenthalt zu einem erinnerebaren gemacht hat. Danke Anna Ryu an der Rezeption und allen Mitgliedern und Mitarbeitern des Hotels Art Paradiso für Ihre ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Ich werde sicher zurück sein. Danke noch einmal.

인천 쉐라톤 서울과 거리도 가깝고, 주차도 편하고, 센트럴 파크뷰 너무 좋구 방도 넓고 (가구가 올드한 느낌은 있지만 중후한 분위기 나름 매력있었어요) 무엇보다도 직원분들이 너무나 친절하셔서 감동했어요 ♥ 체크인할때 안0식님의 친절한 안내에 기분 좋게 시작해서 클럽라운지, 이브닝 칵테일 때에도 모든 직원분들의 친절함에 행복한 날 보냈습니다 ! 저는 개인적으로 22층 클럽라운지도 좋았지만 설명절 특별 럭키드로우로 3층 그랜드볼룸에서 진행해서 오히려 더 넓고 음식 종류도 생각보다 많아서 오히려 좋았답니다 저희 신랑이랑 저랑 국내 다른 5성급 호텔 많이 다녔는데 직원들의 친절함과 고객 감동을 위한 이벤트 노력은 여기가 손꼽을 만큼 좋았어서 팁을 절로 드리게 되더라구요 시설도 헬스장 기구 테크노짐이라 개좋고 수영장이 작은게 조금 아쉽긴 했어요 그래도 이정도 위치에 이정도 가격 대비 기대 이상이라고 생각합니다 ˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑ ♥ 다음번에도 또올거예요 ♥

Ich habe hier am Tag vor meiner Abreise aus Macau übernachtet. Ich habe mich vor allem dafür entschieden, weil es in der Nähe des Flughafens Incheon liegt, was sehr schön war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Annehmlichkeit war ein Balmain-Produkt und der Duft ist luxuriös. Der Preis für das Abendessen betrug an einem Wochentagabend etwa 90.000 Won pro Person, und der Wein war wirklich Schrott.

Gym is vibe. Located on the 37 floor and feeling really cool to have a little training there. Tv in the bathroom also a nice thing to enjoy your relax time. Stuff are very friendly and speak English very well. My view from 55 floor wasn’t good but it’s not a bif deal

Everything in this hotel is breathtaking... you just don't wanna miss this when in South Korea... pictures don't do enough justice to this place. You are actually living in a mall with everything... the view is amazing.. I would definitely come back here for a long stay.

We stayed here as a stopover before our flight as we didn't want to rush through the traffic the next day. The hotel is luxurious. It has a ******, mall, art gallery. The room was beautiful and spacious. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool, kids room, and arcade for the bigger kids. There is also a spa next door, which is not part of the hotel's facilities (meaning additional costs). Overall we enjoyed the stay. But we probably won't be coming back again as there are additional charges and restrictions to the facilities, eg I booked the room under 2 adults and I need to pay additional 33000 for my child to use the pool. The usage to pool is depending on how many nights the guests are staying. So we were onyl staying for one night and can onyl access the pool once. The arcade (a lot of Sega games) is also one hour access for each night of stay. Other game in the arcade room like bowling would require additional fees.
