I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Grand Palladium Imbassaí Hotel, where I returned after a visit in 2017. Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing, and I would like to highlight some points that I consider important. 1. Decline in Service Quality: I noticed a significant drop in the quality of services offered compared to my previous visit. 2. Signature Level System: The implementation of the "Signature Level" caused discomfort for other guests. The common areas are poorly marked, and I often found myself in awkward situations when entering areas considered restricted. If the hotel intends to offer this kind of exclusivity, I suggest creating truly separate areas for Signature Level guests. 3. Pool Under Maintenance: The main pool, where the swim-up bar is located, was under maintenance during my stay. There was no information about this on the app or website, which I find unacceptable since we paid the regular rate and could not enjoy one of the hotel's main attractions. 4. Exclusive Bar: I had an uncomfortable experience when trying to access the Bossa Nova bar, where I was informed that it was exclusive to Signature Level guests. Additionally, we encountered the same issue with the vans that take guests to the beach, causing further embarrassment. 5. Room Minibar: Upon our arrival, the minibar in our room was almost empty. We had to request twice for it to be restocked, which is not expected at a hotel of this standard. Overall, my rating for the hotel would be a 5, compared to an 8 for the staff, who were extremely polite and welcoming during our stay. We were a group of four people (two couples), and the unanimous decision is that we will not be returning to the Grand Palladium Imbassaí.
