Village Cataratas

Es un hotel lindo, ubicado en la selva, donde se encuentran varios hoteles, pero necesitas de movilidad siempre para salir. Internet funciona más o menos y el aire podría ser mejor, fui en diciembre donde hacía muchísimo calor.

 The place itself is beautiful, the service is friendly but mostly very careless. They are uninformed, they told us things a thousand times that were later contradicted, I asked for something and they always brought me something else. The food is bad, but it's not crazy. Breakfast average average. It lacks taste and variety. The eggs without bacon lack cooking, and I had to ask several times for basic things such as cutlery, napkins, ice, sugar, etc. The pool is beautiful. The room has a very musty smell and leaves a lot to be desired. The TV is not smart and on top of that it has a stripe in the middle that makes it difficult to see. It doesn't have an electric kettle, and the worst thing is that the Shampoo is supposed to be a duo, and the shower gel is the same slimy thing with a bad smell that leaves your hair hard. We had to buy liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. I once again say that the place itself is beautiful, the peace and calm is wonderful, but don't say that it is a 4 star because that is scamming people. If they told me it was a 3 star I would be happier but I expected something else.

El hotel tiene buena estructura pero falta alguien que controle. Pileta mal mantenida. Desayuno no muy bueno. Esperaría buenas frutas y variedad. El personal divino. Ponen lo mejor. La cena la calidad buena pero faltan platos. No tienen los vinos de la carta. Y por ejemplo anoche no había un solo vino blanco. O sea con un poco de idea se mejoraría un montón. Pues la estructura es buena. Los masajes excelentes.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y la atención de la gente super atentos y cordiales sobre todo en el comedor que se destacan Romina y Antonella. Vine a relajarme y lo consegui. Recomendamos el spa, las masajistas Miriam y Carmen. Cenamos varias veces en el hotel.

Excelente hotel ubicado en la selva bellisima. Muy tranquilo y confortable las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones. Impecable todo y la atención del personal excelente, muy amables. Destaco el jacuzzi en la selva y la gastronomia. Lo recomiendo para descansar y relajarse

Muy buen precio. Muy buena calidad. Es un complejo muy completo que tiene todos los servicios. Tiene una piscina gigante. Tiene spa. Tiene un gimnasio. Tiene selva, tiene habitaciones grandes. Y también tiene restaurante. Es súper recomendable este hotel. Emplazado en el medio de la selva.
