Stand alone hotel with top class service. Great location excellent service and staff. Rooms spacious and clean ameneties are well provided. Great breakfast . indian cusine is very good. Two seperate pools . two resturants and one coffeeshop.

The hotel and views itself were lovely. But the service and staff was very very slow. The restaurants close early and there is NO ALCOHOL served on premises- not even in restaurants. Bring your own supplies BEFORE you enter town as there is only one market nearby with massive line ups. Rooms are nicely finished and modern, but if you have any issues you must go down to the desk because calling will take forever. Overall lovely but I probably would search for another option if going back.

Very much a corporate hotel rather than a holiday hotel. It was very clean. The 2 restaurants were very soulless but the food was good. I don’t like QR codes for looking at a menu. Alcohol not sold here currently. Staff were ok but there was not a lot of interaction .

This hotel has a very low key entrance but the other side of the building gives you amazing views over the countryside. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the food. The catered for western taste buds which was welcomed as a wee change. They have an adult only pool area as well as a family pool and the views and layout of each area was good, although there weren’t many sun beds at the adult pool. One thing we learnt by staying at this hotel was the licensing laws that are in place in Kerala are very different from other parts of India we have visited this trip. Basically it is very hard to buy a drink even in the best hotels because of these laws. Hotels , restaurants etc are simply not allowed to sell alcohol. You can buy it from very seedy Government Off Licences and you can drink it you room. We did find a hotel with a bar about a Kilometre away but we were not that desperate for a drink so we didn’t return. We missed the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner here.

Stayed for a couple of days with parents and family at Panoramic Getaway. Was blown away on how amazing the location is at. Loved the Desi Aromas restaurant and were very impressed with their exceptional service. Special kudos to the chef; every single dish we had was out of the world. We also loved the 2 heated pools they had.

As an experienced traveler and observer of the hospitality industry, I would like to share my insights on the guest experience at the hotel I recently visited. My feedback is based on an objective evaluation, which I hope can provide valuable guidance to others making decisions about their accommodations. Upon arrival, the entry experience did not meet the standard of warmth and hospitality that one would expect in the service industry. While the lack of a truly welcoming ambiance may be a matter of personal perception, the overall "vibe" of the hotel from the moment I stepped through the doors was not as inviting as it could have been. This is an area that the hotel management may wish to address to ensure a consistently positive first impression for all guests. Regarding my request for a room on a higher floor, I understand that the hotel may have faced availability constraints. However, the response from the front desk lady manager was delivered in a rather unusual manner, which left me feeling a bit unsettled. A more professional approach would have been to acknowledge my request, explain the situation politely, and offer alternative solutions or suggestions, rather than making assumptions about my booking preferences. The front desk manager's statement about prioritizing bookings from the hotel's website over third-party platforms is particularly concerning. This response demonstrates a lack of understanding of the modern hospitality landscape and the diverse booking preferences of guests. A more guest-centric approach would be to accommodate requests fairly, regardless of the booking channel, and to identify ways to enhance the direct booking experience rather than discriminating against guests. I strongly believe that comprehensive training for the hotel's employees would be a worthwhile investment. Equipping the frontline staff with the skills to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of warmth, empathy, and problem-solving, can significantly improve the overall guest experience. This, in turn, can positively impact the hotel's reputation and competitiveness within the industry. I hope that my insights can be valuable for the hotel's management team to address any service gaps and ensure their employees are prepared to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests. By implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, the hotel can differentiate itself and better meet the evolving expectations of today's discerning travelers.

Locale: Primely placed on the bypass road, quietly nestled in valleys prime with vegetation Property: wonderfully maintained decadent mural laced interiors, with a nice big pool facing the valley ( prime view ) heated to keep to the local temp Rooms: wow factor here, the view from the balcony is amazing, designed keeping in mind peace of mind for the occupants. Has almost everything. Fine details covered with extra sockets and centrally controlled console for lights and gadget management Food: 2 restaurants serving Indian & continental cuisines. Breakfast buffet has wide selection of food. Desi Aromas caters to Indian food with good portion sizes, non greasy and mildly spiced. Good in room selection as well. Staff: courteous and adorably client friendly Check in & checkout process: took less than 5 mins, was a breeze Wow Factor: Food: mango Rabri falooda Pool : night view and lighting Room: space management & balcony view Locale: super quiet and on the bypass road USP: very well maintained, super spicy and span interiors

The room was not clean as there was lots of spiders web and fluff, the House Keeping(HK)does not clean the bathroom floor nor the shower nor the sink not even the room floor also neither the reception staff nor did the HK help me find a lost item during the check out as I stayed for 3 nights and lost it on the 2nd as they tossed me around till I had to leave to catch my flight.
