The food is quite poor. Solomillo without taste and texture, which is very typical for Argentinian meat coming from being packaged and stored for a long time in vacuumed polybags. The crust was bitter tasted because the the grill is not cleaned well and frequently enough. Alcachofas, coliflor, asparagus - all overstuffed with sauces. The chicken was ok, but overall we haven’t enjoyed the food from a gastronomic point of view. Insane prices for what it is. Meat from Nebraska is staring from 235 eur/kg. The wine selection is skewed towards very expensive labels, the cheapest red is 120 eur, which is 5 times more expensive vs. the retail price. They buy for a wholesale price, meaning cerca 600% mark up. The ambience is nice but spoiled by constant smoke from the grill area, so you are seating in the fumes and smoke. Also, there was a cleaning lady sweeping the floors in front of our table. We hinted to a waitress that it was not very romantic to watch the sweeping, but she didn’t act upon it. We are not coming back for sure, more expensive than Nobu or Jondal and much worse. There are plenty much more gastronomicly inspiring places with a way better value for money on the island.
