Good location and comfortable bed . Rooms are too light / no blackout curtains. Had a single room not en-suite . Shared bathroom was ok . Clean with toiletries , was advised to use this as the courtesy room after check out , was advised towels but none . Staff were quite unfriendly & offish . Every thing was a problem or lost in translation! They have a luggage room which is on the 1st floor and is covered by CCTV but they just give you the key and help yourself . Didn’t feel comfortable leaving stuff there as no one was watching the cctv . It’s a very busy location so expect street and internet noise Staff were quite overwhelmed as it has a busy bar and terrace . Think they are concentrating more on this . Doubt I would stay again as place very unwelcoming

Visited here with friends, were looking to order dinner. Our Spanish speaking friend asked for a food menu, to which the waiter condescendingly started to respond in English and acted as if he had no idea what we were wanting. He asked us to order drinks, and thinking we would be met with a foods menu after, we did so. However, he brought out the drinks and when we asked for a food menu he said they weren’t serving food. This was a lie, as other people were served food whilst we were sat down, and he gave other customers a food menu. So, we unwillingly had to finish our drinks and pay, having been under the impression we would have it followed by a meal. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but we weren’t rude customers and were completely disregarded.

I stayed here for 2 nights, room 306. On arrival I was made so welcome by the friendly man on reception. My room was spotlessly clean and I am very fussy! The only downside was a slight smell from the drain in the bathroom but again it was immaculate. During the night it was very peaceful and the bed and pillows were fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Went for breakfast with my girlfriend and she ordered a simple tomato on toast and a coffee with soy milk. 1st of all we waited 7mins outside for service as we were not allowed to order inside then the SIMPLE toast came burnt and the coffee without soy milk. We asked polity to change the coffee for soy not normal milk and were met with an argument by 2 of the staff especially the bar maid. Obviously the waiter got the order wrong which is no problem but to question us when my girlfriend is EXTREMELY allergic to cows milk and we know the difference. The problem was a customer ordered a soy milk coffee as I over herd whilst inside looking for service and the waiter Obviously never ordered a 2nd one so the bar maid thought she was right. Simple mistake and easily forgiven but the fact she had to come outside and argue her point was ridiculous 🙄

Rude. We asked if we could have a drink only, they said yes so we sat down. 10 minutes later when someone came to take our drinks order they told us we couldn’t sit where we were although we were told we could. He was so RUDE. I would avoid this place. They should sort their process out and not be rude to customers

Muy recomendable , terraza soleada , muy lindo ambiente, fuimos en flia ,pedimos variedad de platos , las quesadillas muy ricas , la caprese muy bien , croquetas muy ricas , tortilla española con ensalada deliciosa y otros platos , volveremos 👍🥂
