"First the cons, it’s up quite a steep hill from the port and town (10 to 15 minutes, longer on the way back up.) As long as you can manage this then read on because this place is fabulous. The owners have converted their town house in an ordinary urban residential street into a luxury b&b. They could easily have made more accommodation from their conversion but instead decided to go for quality over quantity. We stayed in B1, a spacious room with balcony and hot tub. On entering it’s easy to see the excellent design and thoughtful furnishings provided. The sunken bath has a backdrop of exotic plants and nice prints. The separate bathroom is large and has an excellent shower. But it’s the balcony that you are drawn to, large with comfortable seating and the perfect hot tub. The balcony is partially covered to allow both sun and shade. Ivan and Marija are the perfect hosts also, helping with booking trips and takeaway pizza after a long day out to visit the blue cave. We would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Hvar town."

"Wir blieben Anfang Juni in Dela für zwei Nächte. Es war ein wunderbarer Besuch mit schönen Meerblicken und erstaunlichen Gastgebern. Vincent führte uns wieder und wieder in die Stadt, weniger als 5 Minuten Fahrt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben alles, was Sie für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt benötigen. Ich kann das nicht empfehlen als eine perfekte Wahl in Hvar."

"Dies ist eine der besten Apartments, die wir jemals verblieben haben. Unspottlich sauber, schön dekoriert, ausgezeichnete Lage (unstößlich die scharfen Schritte vom Zentrum von Hvar!) mit einem großen Blick auf das Fest, und der Pool war nach einem heißen Tag aus so eine Behandlung. Marina war schön zu behandeln, uns klare Anweisungen, um das Apartment zu finden und zuzugreifen, große Empfehlungen zu tun und Orte zu essen. Sie empfahl, einen Bootstaxi auf dem Strand von Mlini auf der Insel Zdrilca zu nehmen, was ein wirkliches Highlight war. Es war ruhig, komfortabel und hatte alles, was wir für unsere Familie von 4 brauchten (die beiden Kinder schliefen auf dem großen Sofabett im Wohnzimmer). Wir hatten sogar ein schönes Glas Wein mit den 3 amerikanischen Mädchen in der nächsten Wohnung am Pool nach dem Abendessen eine Nacht! Hoch empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Hvar zurückkehren."

Palace Elisabeth Hvar Hotel

"The most exclusive hotel on Hvar Island, the rooms are of medium size, and the sea view rooms are facing the port, so you can watch the ships coming and going. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, but it is still very quiet at night Turn right after exiting the hotel gate, and there are several internet celebrity restaurants, as well as a path leading to the castle on the top of the mountain. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel in a 3-minute walk, making life convenient. When the ship docks, the hotel will arrange a shuttle bus to help carry your luggage. When you get off the ship, just look for the hotel staff holding the hotel sign."

"Wundervolle Erfahrung in Hvar und @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel ist schön. Personal ist erstaunlich. freundlich, aufmerksam, reaktiv. Lage (IMO) ist perfekt. Außerhalb der Stadt (so ruhig und entspannt) aber leicht zu Fuß mehrmals pro Tag für Mittag/Dinner oder andere Aktivitäten. Eine echte Behandlung, hier zu bleiben während auf Hvar. Und machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und gehen Sie nach Stari Grad..."

Hotel Sirena Hvar

"Avoid at all costs. The hotel is in a terrible state. It's like something out of the 1960s under the Soviet regime. Rust in the bathtub and on the balcony railings. A hole in the bathroom wall. The restaurant is more like a canteen, lit by fluorescent lights. There was nothing left to eat by 8:30 pm. Three apples and one orange. The terrace had no chairs. We left immediately the next day at 7 am. A poor reflection of this beautiful island."

Villa Porta Maestra

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Porta Maestra. Stefanie greeted us at the port and escorted us through the brief walk to the Villa. Our 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous. Beds were very comfortable. Updated beautifully with a nice mixture of stone walls, dark wood and metal finishes. Kitchenette is amazing and fresh fruit made for great afternoon snack. Showers were roomy and water pressure was fantastic. Hotel also provided fresh beach towels everyday. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurant options just steps from the Villa. Waterfront is super close to hop on a water taxi for a day at one of the many beaches. Breakfast was also included and was served next door at Villa Nora. Wide arrangement of breads, fruit, yogurt and pastries. Also accommodated fresh scrambled eggs order and coffee was delish! Hvar is a very special place. We will be back! Definitely recommend this hotel over other larger resorts so you experience the delights at and near this amazing accommodation."

Beach Bay Hvar Hotel

"Ich weiß nicht, wie man dieses Hotel beurteilt. Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Die anderen können es mit Wortlos beschreiben. Es hat uns niemand eine halbe Stunde vor dem Aufenthalt verbrachte. Die Austrittszeit war fast eine Minute, als die Leute die Tür zu schnappen und direkt ins Zimmer zu schnappen. Ich bin noch im Toilette gekommen, um mich zu schockieren, und wir können schnell zurückgehen... um 11 Uhr nach unten und zum Ausgang, vorne wartete eine Person, insgesamt 40 Minuten, und die Rezeption war zwei Tage nicht arbeiten, kaos, eigentlich nicht empfohlen."
