Booked a reservation as sign displayed outside of hotel, website for hotel and trip.com website all clearly stated that the hotel had an indoor pool. However after booking I was informed by hotel staff that they do not have a working indoor pool. We did not check in instead went on to explore other option so that my children could get the experience they deserve. Instead of trip.com and the hotel apologizing and making it right the decided to charge us twice. We agian had to pay for our stay at a different location where they did have a working pool. They also thought it was a good idea to call all hour of the night which was very rude. I am very disappointed and had crying children.
