這次入住懷化潤樾温德姆，整體感受有些複雜，有亮點也有讓人不太滿意的地方。臨時訂的。路過懷化。 酒店的環境確實在當地算是出類拔萃的，裝修風格大氣，房間寬敞明亮，硬件設施也比較齊全，從這些方面來看，不愧是比較知名的酒店品牌。 然而，入住過程中也遇到了不少糟心事。一進房間，洗漱台就明顯能看到有頭髮，衞生細節方面着實讓人有些膈應。 更讓人無奈的是，第二天一早走不知什麼原因被防盜鏈鎖在了房間裏，焦急地等了20分鐘，期間催了兩次，工作人員才姍姍來遲。雖然他們處理問題的速度倒是很快，但給出的原因居然是我用力拉了門，這解釋實在難以讓人信服。匆匆道謝走了。 另外，入住停車時想在大門最近的位置臨時停車，當時已經停了一台，想先辦入住然後去給車充電還要去吃個飯，被告知領導會批評不允許，可等我辦完入住，出門吃東西。卻發現那個位置已經又停了一台車，並且預訂後打電話詢問酒店服務人員是表示地面停車全是屬於酒店的，這種區別對待實在讓人摸不着頭腦。 入住一晚，也能理解這個價格給到的這個服務，讓人感覺整個入住體驗發生的問題都是因為我本身….一直在推脱問題的根本原因….還有一個退房前台問我入住是否滿意，我説喝水的水杯沒有一個可以用的，全部有毛巾掉的絨毛…建議用不掉毛的百潔布，後續酒店有工作人員加了我的微信….説我反饋的水壓小問題已經解決了…….讓我更懵 晚上八點的入住的，沒有提供歡迎水果也沒有任何工作人員告知。不怎麼評論就是回家路上順便住一晚，但是覺得還有很高的提神空間，這環境配套做到第一應該很輕鬆，可能當地也沒有我們這種外來這麼認真和吹毛求疵….. 希望酒店能夠重視這些問題吧，在服務細節和管理規範上多下功夫，讓客人有更舒心、更公平的入住體驗。
