It is worth mentioning that Chili and I do live upstairs. We’ve never had any issues but thought it worth sharing upfront. There are two layers of soundproofing and insulation between the floors, and we provide a white noise machine for your added comfort.ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If you have more than 2 in your group wanting to stay, we also offer camping in the field. There is a pull-out couch if you have one (possibly two) adults, or kids.- Please ask if you’re interested.HOSTED BY: Scott and Chili - dedicated to providing 5-star stays. We’re here to take good care of you!***HOUSE RULES***1. SMOKING ALLOWED, but OUTSIDE ONLY. You may smoke on the porch, but not in the house. Please keep the door shut. We will impose an additional $250 charge if we smell smoke inside after your stay. You are responsible for your butts.2. Quiet hours after 10 pm to be good neighbors.3. SHOES/BOOTS OFF in the house will keep the inside in top condition. This one is a big help!4. We have a very sensitive septic tank. Please only flush toilet paper and, well, people stuff. We've had problems in the past and it's an ordeal to remedy.5.
