服务很贴心！很棒的一个旅店，靠近火车站，附近也有好多吃的. Begrüßungsservice, kostenlose Getränke und eine Überraschungsgeburtstagstorte. Gäste können sich an der Rezeption viele Dinge ausleihen, angefangen von einem Dyson-Haartrockner, Ladekabeln, einer Gitarre, einem Cajon usw. Malerisches Design und schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Waschsalon, Küche, Fitnessstudio und sogar einer hauseigenen Bibliothek. Geldwechsel an der Rezeption oder in der Bank nebenan möglich. Das einzige kleine Problem war der muffige Geruch aus dem Waschbecken, der in beiden gebuchten Zimmern vorhanden war. Das Personal hatte keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen. Alles in allem eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für ein paar Tage in Tainan!

Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne an XiuXi Anping geben könnte, würde ich es absolut. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, fühlte sich alles absichtlich und gewissenhaft geheilt. Die Lage in Anping ist perfekt tucked weg genug, um sich ruhig zu fühlen, aber immer noch unglaublich bequem für die Erforschung der alten Straßen, historischen Orte und lokalen Lebensmittelszene. Es traf das seltene Gleichgewicht zwischen Ruhe und Zugänglichkeit. Der Raum selbst ist erstaunlich. Jedes Detailvon dem minimalistischen Design bis hin zur warmen Beleuchtung und sorgfältig ausgewählten Dekor schafft eine Atmosphäre, die sowohl modern als auch tief bequem fühlt. Es ist die Art von Ort, wo Sie gehen und sich sofort leicht fühlen. Die Sauberkeit war unverfälscht, und man kann den Gastgebern sagen, dass sie wirklich stolz auf die Aufrechterhaltung eines solchen hohen Standards sind. Was die Erfahrung wirklich erhöhte, war aber die Gastfreundschaft. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich responsiv, freundlich und wirklich investiert, um sicherzustellen, dass der Aufenthalt perfekt war. Sie haben nicht nur einen Ort für den Aufenthalt geschaffen. Denkbaren Touchs über den gesamten Raum macht es sich persönlich anstatt transaktionell fühlen. Wachen war ein Highlight in sich. Das ruhige Umfeld, weiches natürliches Licht und die ruhige Umgebung machten es die perfekte Neuansiedlung aus einem besetzten Reiseplan. Es fühlte sich weniger wie Unterkunft und mehr wie ein sorgfältig konzipiertes Rückzug. Ehrlich gesagt, XiuXi Anping hat einen neuen Standard für das festgelegt, was ich suche, wenn ich reise. Wenn Sie nach Tainan gehen und wohnen, wo es ästhetische, komfortable und herzlich empfindliche Gastfreundschaft kombiniert, das ist es. Ich würde in einem Herzschlag zurückkehren.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!

Die Lage ist super, und für 5000 Yen pro Nacht für zwei Personen (2500 Yen pro Person!) ein Kingsize-Bett zu bekommen, war wirklich toll. Es gab jemanden an der Rezeption, der Japanisch sprach, was hilfreich war, da ich kein Englisch spreche. Es ist sehr sauber, und Handtuchwechsel sowie Reinigung sind kostenlos. Auf dem Flur gibt es einen Wasserspender. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Mikrowelle, eine Küche und Toiletten, was sehr praktisch ist. Man konnte zwar leichte Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, aber keine Stimmen.

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Touristenzentrum von Guanziling liegt direkt neben dem Hotel. Auch das berühmte Brathähnchen ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück hingegen ist eher mittelmäßig.

Da es hier noch keine Bewertungen gab, habe ich es mir als einer der Ersten selbst angesehen. Es ist Taiwans Nth Train, und der Preis war angemessen. Die Lage ist super, und da es neu gebaut ist, sieht es selbst nachts spektakulär aus. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Koreaner, kommt her!

The room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor. The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great. Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in. The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though. We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

The hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket. The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in ”downtown” kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a ”putting green” off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town. Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip.

Hotel war relativ sauber und gut gelegen. Es war viel Staub unter dem Bett und am Schrank. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Schließmechanismus der Tür ist gewöhnunhsbedürftig
