The room: Walls dirty and with cracks, ceiling with cracks, no soap in the shower, soap on the sink almost empty, no internal phone to contact the reception (if there is one, must be well hidden!), wc with some "suspicious" stains , very old carpet ... the reception service: we told TWICE about the soap: NOTHING WAS DONE ... my assessment?: if the hotel does not upgrade the customer service, CHOOSE another hotel, definitely ... almost forgot: hotel guests with cars have to pay the parking. First time I've experienced. A very positive word for the restaurant: wonderful meals and a very competent staff...to them, thanks for the experience...keep it up
