They have very good and helpful front desk staff specially (Ray) she helped us for the hotel reservation and also helped in solving our car rental issues The location of the hotel in a nice, quiet, safe place and near walmart supermarket Best Regards Mohamed

Enjoyed the pool, place is very big but a bit on the older side, bo daily housekeeping service unless asked, and also not much amenity such as no slipper no body wash etc.

Our Horsham Willow Grove stay was very pleasant in every respect: the accommodations inside and outdoors (courtyard and green area) were nicely designed and our suite was comfortable, clean and quiet. The attention to design details was evident and made all the difference. Choose this hotel if you are in the area.

Clean and within walking distance from Outback Steakhouse. Their breakfast was fulfilling and staff were friendly and welcoming. +1 as well for a parking lot area. Easy check in and check out. Close distance to Willow grove mall as well. Exceptional!

Let me start off by saying I LOVE the Homewood Suites chain. I've have stayed at several locations in multiple cities and I love the rooms, breakfasts and amenities. However THIS location was not a great experience. We were there for a weekend (Fri-Sun). Saturday breakfast was disappointing. We wanted to grab breakfast before our Philly bus tour. They were out of eggs and almost out of sausage. We waited for 10 minutes for refills and never got to have any because we didn't want to miss our tour. Several others were waiting too. Not sure if they were short staffed or not. Also this wasn't the end of the breakfast timeframe so we couldn't understand why they were out of food. The biggest disappointment was the pool. After our tour Saturday morning we wanted to spend the afternoon/evening at the pool. We got there and the pool was absolutely disgusting. Tons of food, hair and unidentifiable items floating in the pool. Around the pool was filthy. Chunks of pool toys everywhere (yes chunks)! I just couldn't bring myself to get in the water and neither could my son. I took pictures and have video footage. Went to the front desk to ask for help around 3ish. Manager expressed they've ben trying to get a maintenance person out there for hours as the pool was "heavily used" that day. She took down our room number and promised call once it was cleaned up. We waited in our room, in our bathing suits for hours and never got a call. Left for dinner, came back around 9pm, checked the pool area and it was still "closed for maintenance." Very disappointing stay. Breakfast was subpar and the fact that our entire Saturday afternoon/evening was ruined because no one was keeping the pool room clean was sad. We were even told pool towels would be available. Negative. The cabinet was completely empty. Just seemed like no one was monitoring the situation at all. We chose this location specifically for the room, breakfast and pool. I would never stay at this location again.

The girl working the front desk seemed young and inexperienced and from my understanding they were aware of wedding afterparties as several bride and grooms staying on property meant multiple wedding guests staying as well overnight after their respective wedding receptions were held nearby on a Saturday night, thus giving the hotel many bookings as rooms were blocked out for their out-of-town guests to which I was one. I am unsure if permission was granted or not to be fair but seeing that all the wedding parties from different weddings staying at the hotel all seemed to have the same plan to hang out in the lobby afterwards I would have to assume at the very least the property and the person working the front desk should have been prepared knowing they booked several separate weddings on the same night. In my opinion, they did not possess the experience to handle it professionally. Instead everyone was yelled at, the front desk girl was on the verge of tears and we were all told to go to our rooms as if we were being punished like a child and even at one point she threatened with the police being called as she threw a fit. If it was too loud in the lobby I still don't understand how telling people to go to their rooms closer to other guests would solve the noise issue or even as we were told to go freeze outside by the firepits the loudness would still carry to other guests' windows outside. I don't know what the solution is going forward, perhaps offering a separate room off of the lobby area may be viable, but I know our bride was very annoyed by it all and I would never book this chain if I was having out of town guests or to give a good amount of business to be treated like that for my wedding night. It was very unprofessionally handled and took what should have ended as an amazing celebration of love and union and friendship as people just instead left upset and brides were sent outside to freeze. The firepits offered very little warmth and since it was also very windy could have also caused a fire with people getting too close to try and warm up.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff was all pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast options were plentiful. Location was perfect for our day trips to Sesame Place and Philadelphia. We even had an issue where our son's stuffed animal was accidentally picked up in the bedding and the staff filed through the laundry to find it for us! As someone who works in hospitality and travels often for work I can confidently say this was one of the most well maintained hotels and comfortable stays I have had in a while. The new renovations have nice touches like USB ports near the bed. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here from August 5th to 7th, 2023. Built in 2019 but still BRAND NEW. Complimentary parking and a ton of amenities for an extended stay with family. Outdoor BBQ and lounge area, indoor pool, indoor gym, game room for teens, complimentary hot breakfast, nice breakfast dining area, spacious rooms for little kids to run around. Great food options (Masala Zone was awesome) nearby with Walmart and other food chains right across the street. Was fortunate to find this new hotel close to all of our destinations including Sesame Place and Philly. Nice relaxful drive through local streets instead of taking highway to Smith Memorial Playground and downtown Philly. Hope to stay here again when we return to Sesame Place in the Fall. Beware of the FALSE bad reviews that were made in the past. If they were true at the time, things were most definitely corrected as you would want to see in any hotel establishment. It comes to show that the management does care about the customer's experience. This hotel is a perfect size for big families on extended stays. Looking forward to booking this hotel again.

Great location for access to downtown Philly (45 minutes) and to Valley Forge (25 minutes). Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great room amenities to make your own meals in your room. Staff was super friendly. Only issue was pool area not 100% clean and the pool was stronger than most with chlorine smell and some type of film on top of pool.
