We asked for a handicapped accessible room, which we were given. However, the bed was so high that my husband needed help getting on to it. Thank God he is not in a wheelchair. There is no way he could have gotten onto the bed. From what we were told, the height of the bed is company policy??? What a shame as it is close to my daughters college and we would have stayed there many more years thru her 4 years there. Back to the Microtel where they have normal beds!!

I stopped by it due to my car's breakdown. Therefore, I had no choice but to stay there for a day.
It was a bit old, but the service was perfect.
If you have to stay there, it can be an option for you.

After driving 6 hours, I was exhausted but I was VERY EARLY for check in. The 2 women at the front desk literally jumped into action and got a room ready for me “lickety split “. I’m super impressed.!! I hope the owner reads this and gives both of them a raise. Employees like that are next to impossible to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I’d highly recommend this establishment

First appearance was “eek this is kind of sketchy”. All staff were wonderful and so kind! We had a room with a king bed. Room 207. We always check for bed bugs at any hotel. The mattress was disgusting!! Not sure if it previously had bed bugs but all corners were matted with stuff that looked like dead eggs. The bottom sheet on the bed was filthy. I went to the desk and politely asked for a new sheet. We ended up sleeping on top of that sheet and buying a blanket from Walmart to cover up with. Bathroom was tiny and could nearly get around. My boyfriend sunk into our floor in our bedroom due to soggy floor boards. There was also a soft spot in the hallway outside our door. Not safe. The pool was fun but dark!! Could nearly see in there. Breakfast was so so, no juice machine. Will not stay here again.

On our way to Lancaster County and BW is our pit stop to rest up. As always it was a pleasure to kick back here for a night. Tabitha and her staff always have the details taken care of before we arrive. We're ready to go the next day after a great breakfast. Thanks, Folks for a job well done.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, thanks to the wonderful front desk staff, the refreshing indoor pool, the comfortable bed, and the spacious and clean room. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

The room was extremely clean and the accommodations of the hotel were very nice with a clean pool. Everyone was friendly and kind as we visited the hotel. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel parking lot and easy to visit from the highway. The stores in the local area were very easily accessible for visitors. We enjoyed eating breakfast and talking with the staff.

Really well maintained hotel with great hot breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean spacious rooms. Nice indoor pool. Much less expensive than the new hotel in town. A great value.
