Stayed one night. OK Stay. I think there are only 2 types of room here. They recognized IGH status. Room Heat - Not used Room AC - 10 of 10 Bed - 8 of 10 Shower Water Pressure - 7 of 10 Shower Hot Water Temp - 10 of 10 Linens - 10 of 10 Parking - Free Staff - 10 of 10 Wifi - 6 of 10 Electrical Outlets - 7 of 10 - Needs more Room Decor - 7 of 10 Room Fridge - 10 of 10 Breakfast - 7 of 10 Room Noise - Very Quiet Handicapped Accessibility Entry to Lobby - 10 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Elevator - 10 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Entry to Room - 10 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Shower - 10 of 10

I usually enjoy a Holiday Inn Express, and this one did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were soft and I always appreciate a mini-fridge. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. No bathtub so be aware of that. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out process was very easy. The free breakfast was really good - all your standards plus a pancake machine!

I am a Diamond Elite member with IHG, travel extensively for business spending about 100 nights a year in various hotels and I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about staying here after reading a few of the reviews, but contrary to some of the stuff I read, It was great. The staff was wonderful from checkin to checkout, the breakfast spread was excellent with pancakes, turkey and pork sausage, egg and cheese omelettes, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and pastries. But, most importantly, the rooms and common areas were clean, really liked the Dove amenities in the bathroom and the hotel was extremely quiet, even though it was sold out for VSU Homecoming weekend. Will definitely book again next year and highly recommend.

Stopped on our way to Delaware , Bella at the front desk was outstanding on arrival . The place was booked solid , thank God we made our reservations early ! It’s an older hotel but well maintained and considering a full house the breakfast items were kept up and the hostess was sweet and hard working!

I had no running hot water the entire weekend which was horrible because I was traveling with my daughter for the AAU Regional track championships. We had to wake up 30 mins early to start the water and it only got Luke warm. These issues made it a hectic weekend while competing. The AC barely worked and. the elevator would get stuck. When I arrived I spent the wheel but I never received my points. I was never acknowledged as a platinum elite member. The ceiling in my room had water damage. The only plus was the beds were comfortable & the staff was nice. I will never stay there again and this makes me nervous because I have reservations coming up for another IHG property for 8 days.

The GOOD: Front desk attendant and check in process - Courteous, attentive; GREAT! No complaints. The hotel on the surface appears to be clean; well appointed. The bathroom was fine the Dove shower products were greatly appreciated by us all (we use Dove products in my home). Breakfast was fine. The BAD: Spot on rug in between beds. Recommendation - CLEAN IT UP. Spray rug cleaner, scrub and vacuum Red spot (appeared to be blood) on one of the comforters. Recommendation - WASH your comforters. Housekeeping needs to BE MORE ATTENTIVE. HIEs are my go to so while this experience disappoints me I haven't written them off completely just yet.

One of the absolute best Holiday Inn Express’s there is! When you walk in the door and are immediately greeted with a cheery hello from Elly with her OUTSTANDING customer service skills on top of the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms, great breakfast selection and just the overall comfortable feeling of being at home away from home!

First time staying here. Seems to be a newer hotel, because everything was modern, updated and very clean. Bathroom, with the nice sliding glass shower enclosure, was especially pleasing. Tall counter in bathroom was also welcomed. Rooms seem to be getting smaller over time, but was comfortable for our overnight stay. Close to dining opportunities and I 295.

The room was clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future. Everyone was very courteous.
