This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The shuttle bus didn't come for two hours after I called. My baby and I arrived at the airport at 9pm. I contacted the hotel and waited. The baby wanted milk while waiting. I had to boil water and make milk for the hotel. I told that via trip and waited at the airport, but the bus never came and the baby was crying. Finally, the airport was empty. We had to leave the airport. I have a baby, so it was really scary to wait in such a bad security situation. I and my baby were in danger. Two hours later the shuttle bus arrived. The hotel staff didn't even apologize and didn't think it was bad. Also, the next day I had to leave the hotel at 8:30 in the morning. I asked for a wake up call at 7 in the morning. But there was no wake up call at 7am. When I asked the staff why they didn't wake me up, they didn't even apologize and answered that they didn't know what was going on. The staff were probably native Hawaiians and very sloppy. Therefore, I have a bad image of Hawaii and the local people of Hawaii, and I do not want to use this hotel again. I am writing a review for those who will stay in Hawaii next time.
