"Es gab keine Zahnbürsten und Spülung, daher empfehle ich, eigene mitzubringen. Das Reinigungspersonal schien den Kühlschrank nicht zu kontrollieren, sodass Essen zum Mitnehmen vom vorherigen Gast übrig blieb. Als wir das meldeten, kümmerten sie sich jedoch sofort darum. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber das ist kein Problem, solange man die Fenster öffnet. Es gibt auch keinen Aufzug, aber wir reisten mit leichtem Gepäck, also war das kein Problem. Uns gefiel die Unterkunft, weil sie einen privaten Parkplatz, einen Pool, eine gute Lage und einen angemessenen Preis hat. Sie ist außerdem gut gepflegt. Wir würden gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Hilo kommen."

"Das Restaurant hat kein spezielles Menü, nur teuer. Aber die Landschaft ist ziemlich gut. Der Pool wird nur von Kindern genutzt. So wollten wir es nutzen, aber wir nicht. Und, ich dachte, es ist für Erwachsene, die Alkohol trinken. So empfehle ich nicht junge Erwachsene."

"Le camere da un lato i bagni dall altro attraversando lobby e tavoli da pranzo che sono per appunto nella stessa sala con tv musica ecc. In camera almeno 4 ventilatori accesi a far rumore. E meno male c'erano."

"The hotel itself is better than expected; You can tell that they went through a massive renovation in order to give a chill vibes based stay (on the outside). Inside of the room, it’s definitely an old hotel… I liked the furniture, but the windows were too open for my liking (you get the feeling that anyone can look into your room); Not as much of an issue since we used the curtains! The bath towels were covered in hair (ranging from long strands to tiny ***** pieces) which I found to be disgusting. The staff were more than willing to switch out the towels (there was still hair on them but a little dusting off mainly did the job). There was tiny ***** hair pieces in the bathtub as well, but I washed them down the drain so no biggie. The main issue that I had with this stay was that you could hear everything that was going on in rooms next door or outside. We heard loud screaming and fighting into the early ams, and it took a while for them to stop. This is not the hotel’s fault, but if you do stay here, keep in mind that the rooms aren’t very spacious, you can hear everything, and there might be hair in your towels. Overall, I really loved staying here and found it to be quite charming. The view in front of the hotel is INSANE. Though I listed negative traits about this hotel, I feel that it’s important to give some transparency to readers of this review. Mostly everyone goes into a hotel thinking that it’s 1000% clean and perfect. However, for me, the negative reviews are what I look for so that I know what to expect. You will definitely love the vibes and views this hotel has to offer, as well as the friendliness of the staff who worlds here."

"Delightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty. The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop. Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort: - book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside. - grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day). -get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!"

"Ich bin spät (nach 8:00 Uhr) als Überraschung für meine Familie Reunion & so nach dem Abendessen angekommen. Der Pflegemann traf mich nett nachdem ich in die Tür kam (klare und einfache Anweisungen wurden erteilt) zu helfen, meine Bären zu bekommen, bringe meine 2 Bären in mein Zimmer und führt mich in mein Zimmer. Er hat auch eine kalte Flasche Wasser, MUCH geschätzt! Ich fand den Ort sehr sauber, geräumig und gut organisiert mit einfachen Anweisungen im Badezimmer, Küche und geteilten Räumen. Ich schätze die Einfachheit und Reinigkeit, während ich immer noch meinen Platz! TY wieder für diese letzte Minute Buchung, die zu einem wahren Schatz für mich als introvert benötigten Raum, Sauberkeit und Einfachheit. Mahalo & May ke Akua segne Sie immer! Morgen"

"Die Anlage war sauber und ruhig. Es ist in einer schönen Nachbarschaft in naher Fahrtstrecke zu allen Hilo Attraktionen. Die Arbeitsperson hatte hilfreiche Vorschläge für lokale Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Meine Frau und ich blieben für ein Wochenende und empfehlen Arnotts. Es ist ein toller Tempo für weniger als $200 pro Nacht."

"Das Hotel ist so schön, es gibt einen großen Innenbereich, man muss zehn Minuten vom Eisentor fahren, entlang der schönen Straße, es gibt kleine Wildschweine auf der Straße, neben dem Wasserfall, dahinter ist ein Wasserfall Hotelzimmer, nur für interne Bewohner. Im Teich unter dem Wasserfall können Sie schwimmen und Boot fahren, und Sie können auch an ihren reichhaltigen Aktivitäten teilnehmen, wie zum Beispiel beim Klettern vom Wasserfall oder beim Besuch ihres Bauernhofs. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Wir hatten keine Gelegenheit zum Abendessen. Es wird gesagt, dass es das Abendessen ohne Menü ihres Küchenchefs ist. Sie verwenden frische Zutaten aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft, was ein wenig bedauerlich ist. Ich empfehle es sehr. Ich bleibe beim nächsten Mal noch ein paar Tage."
