Tru by Hilton Hershey Chocolate Avenue

The room was very clean. My family and I feel very safe and at ease seeing the room has been sanitized very well.

So the hotel was pleasant enough, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was pretty good. Just missing a bar but there are plenty of options within a 10 minute walk and the Hershey theme park is a short drive away on the way to the airport but it pretty much a shop the day we went.

Clean hotel. People were nice. Shower and room are small, but typical for Tru hotels. The line for the pancake machine was long. They had French vanilla creamer for coffee, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast stayed open until 10am, which is later than most hotels. We reserve 5/5 for perfection. While the room was the cleanest, it is small.

Perfect location for all things Hershey for fraction of price. Everyone at front desk and housekeeping are awesome. Friendly. They actually appear to like their job !! They would provide helpful info for visit or needs. Free breakfast good - pancake maker slows down line. Would only suggest moving it to end or own separate place for those not wanting pancakes. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Lots of activities and games in lobby for kids and adults. Would stay here again.

Clean and all of the staff were super friendly. Great blackout drapes. Nice pool and lots of games to keep the kids and adults busy at night after a day in Hershey Park. Breakfast was great, pancake maker was a hit. Coffee available 24/7. Will definitely be returning. Great price for how close it is to the park.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. Hotel is close to the attractions we came to visit. Parking was ample. we took the trolley tour at the Hershey complex and was more than satisfied. My only let down was they do not let you actually tour the candy manufacturing plants.

Great location 5 minutes from Hershey Park/Chocolate World. Closer than of you stayed at the Hershey Lodge, and rooms were much cleaner/nicer than the Lodge and at a fraction of the cost. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast - pictures on the website show a variety of different layouts, but for our 2 nights it consists of juice machine, yogurt cups, apples, oatmeal, 2 Pancake machines, scrambled eggs, different type of meat each day (sausage), bagels and breads. No microwavable breakfast sandwiches (available for purchase). Everything was very good and saves a family of 4 a decent amount to have breakfast included. Room - stayed on the 5th floor in an odd number room (love the ability to pick your own room on the Hilton app during check in). You could see tops of roller coasters when standing in the far corner of the window and looking to the left. Maybe some odd number rooms have better views than others. Overall great stay, great value, great location, great staff - highly recommend staying here.

Clean high morals after a very devastating experience at another hotel the staff made my family so happy above and beyond Thank you so much will be recommending you to everyone . Staff was so professional no fraternizing my 4 was subjected to a very bad situation across the way at comfort inn at the park . Thank you so much Hilton Staff

This Tru hotel was the hidden oasis that we were looking for. The staff were extremely pleasant and resourceful in making our stay a great one. For the next trip to Hershey, we'll be staying at TRU. Clean and quiet rooms, exceptional amenities along with a washer/dryer room and a fitness center.
