Arrived the day after Christmas to be told that "housekeeping didn't show up today" so we were not able to have a room. After a long day of holiday travel, the very LAST thing we needed. I had made a reservation weeks before and had PRE-PAID. No notification from the hotel in advance, even after checking in 2.5 hours before arrival. I'm a Titanium Elite member and should have been guaranteed a room regardless, but no client should ever had had this experience. According to the desk clerk, we were at least number 4 of the day that had been turned away with no noticed. No manager on duty and no representative of the hotel ever reached out to apologize or explain. Marriott also did nothing to help or compensate for the experience, which really makes me think it's not just this location, but the entire brand that is suffering. I would only make a reservation at this hotel if you don't actually need a place to sleep.
