Pésimo sitio, personal desagradable, mal servicio, pésima comunicación, sin ofertas de alimentos de ningún tipo durante la noche. La habitación buenas, pero si funciona el aire acondicionado no funciona el TV ò viceversa. Los desayunos incluidos en el plan continental no tenían nada de continental, insuficiente, sin calidad y sin presentación, además oferta cara. Si no solicitas la ceno o almuerzo con un tiempo previo no puedes almorzar o cenar. En la carpeta te hacen en checkout antes de salir del hotel. Muy mal hotel, para mi sin estrellas. Es una pena, un sitio con una arquitectura fenomenal y con tan mal servicio.
