Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, nicht weit von der Geschäftsstraße Miyajima Omotesando entfernt und die Fahrt zum Schrein dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Die von mir gebuchte Suite ist groß genug und verfügt über eine private Suppe. Der Pool besteht aus Stein und sollte eine gute Wärmedämmleistung aufweisen. Häufig genutzte Bereiche wie Toiletten, Waschtische und Betten sind hygienisch einwandfrei und entsprechen japanischen Standards. Allerdings sind Orte, die nicht häufig genutzt werden, wie die Kaffeebox und die Oberseite des Kühlschranks, nicht gut und es hat sich viel Staub angesammelt. Am extremsten ist die Schiebetür des Duschraums, die sich nach dem Schließen nicht mehr öffnen lässt und die das Technikpersonal schon lange hin und her wälzt. Später stellten wir fest, dass es sich bei der Oberseite des Kühlschranks nicht um den Saugnapf handelte, der zum Halten und Hochziehen des Glases verwendet wurde. Da ich weiß, dass die Glastür kaputt ist, würde ich lieber einen Saugnapf vorbereiten, als ihn auszutauschen. Das Hotel ist unterbesetzt und es ist für das Personal an der Rezeption tatsächlich nicht einfach, während der Essenszeiten als Kellner im Restaurant zu fungieren. Darüber hinaus werden Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel zur Selbstbedienung angeboten und das Essen ist recht gewöhnlich. Es gibt viele Restaurants im Freien, daher ist es nicht notwendig, eine Mahlzeit und zwei Mahlzeiten zu bestellen.

Service - extrem schlecht!

I had a great experience in this hotel. Especially the raw fish from dinner buffet was super nice. Thank you so much for the nice hosting!

Great location, with good views and very clean. Great value as we could enjoy the late evening and the early morning with many visitors.

The hotel is very nice, as it has originally been conceived. Lovely lobby, yukatas at disposal, outside swimming pool, nice onsen with beautiful view by the pool and another onsen with all the facilities and amenities in the hotel. Big and eautifully furbished japanese style rooms. Very nice and professional reception staff, and one person speaking French and English. Yeah !!! This being said, the hotel deserves an in depth cleaning session : carpets on the hallways, outside onsen, furnitures, walls. It looks a bit worn out. Also, during the whole evening there was a strong smell of grilled octopus / squid. We could smell it from the reception throughout all the floors until in our room on the 4th floor, although the kitchen is on the 6th floor ! There's definitely something to do with the ventilation of the kitchen. Finally, we didn't understand what happened in the morning. We've been rejected from breakfast along with other customers although we had booked the evening before upon recommendation from the reception. The person told us there were no more seats and since we insisted because we had to catch the first boat, we've been put at the service table. Once inside, we realized there were many free places, even entire tables unoccupied. Weird sense of organization... All in all, to finish on a nice note, our stay was rather good and we really mean weel when we mention the above.

My room was not clean, like the common areas. Mold and hair in the bathroom. Breakfast plentiful but of average quality. Friendly staff in perfect Japanese style
