Klein Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit Restaurants in der Nähe und einem schönen Kaffee im Inneren. Parkplatz ist begrenzt. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr klangsicher, so konnten wir Notfahrzeug aus dem nahe gelegenen Krankenhaus nachts hören. Der Pool ist klein, besser für Kinder und nicht sehr sauber. Gesamt, guter Preis.

Ich bin nach zwei Jahren wieder hier. Das Hotel wurde gut gepflegt, erweitert und an die Veränderungen hinsichtlich Frühstücksangebot und Service angepasst. Da es etwas abgelegen liegt, wäre eine bis spät geöffnete Bar, zusätzliche Menüs, mehr Beleuchtung im Hoteleingang und Parkplätze für mehr Sicherheit eine tolle Ergänzung. Der Pool kann zu manchen Stunden etwas überfüllt sein, aber ansonsten ist das Ambiente insgesamt großartig!

Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Zentrums hatyai.. zu Fuß zu asan Nacht basar.. das Hotel sauber, und neu. Sie aktualisieren mein Zimmer ins Familienzimmer.. wird bald wiederholen

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Obwohl es ein bisschen merkwürdig ist, dass Ihr Eingang ein Glasfasaden ist, so dass jeder durchlaufen kann Sie sehen (wenn Sie nicht den Vorhang in der Mitte des Tages ziehen), das Zimmer selbst und das Rezeption Team waren sehr nett. I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Kam an und bat alle Gäste um eine Karte. Es fühlte sich seltsam an. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer trennt keine Nass- und Trockenzonen. Das Duschwasser ist nicht sehr stark. Das Zimmer riecht muffig. Wenn man die Schuhe auszieht, fühlt sich der Boden des Zimmers nicht sehr sauber an. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Die Baumaterialien des Gebäudes sind nicht sehr gut. Man kann die Leute reden hören. Das Geräusch des Fernsehers neben dem Zimmer, Aufenthalt im 2. Stock, Balkon mit Blick auf eine Häuserzeile, nicht privat. Die Vorhänge müssen immer geschlossen sein. Nachts trinken und trinken junge Leute laut. Ein- und Ausfahren mit dem Motorrad Am Morgen ist das Geräusch eines Müllwagens zu hören. Das Licht im Raum ist etwas schwach, besonders am Schminktisch.

Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
