Das Personal ist freundlich, gastfreundlich und professionell. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, der Toilettensitzbezug passte nicht richtig und war schief. Das Spa war großartig. Pool und Sauna sind klein, aber gut funktionierend. Große Nachhaltigkeitsanstrengungen zur Reduzierung von Einwegplastik. Das Hotel ist GSTC-zertifiziert.

Alles ist gut, außer dass jemand plötzlich um 7:30 Uhr morgens die Tür des Zimmers öffnete Ich fragte den Schalter und sagte, dass die Reinigungskraft das falsche Zimmer betreten habe Aber im Ernst, warum sollte jemand morgens um 7:30 Uhr putzen? Die Tür wurde für ein paar Schritte geöffnet. Meine Freundin und ich sind zwei Mädchen, also ist es nicht besonders sicher. Ich kann nicht einmal darum bitten, CCTV zu sehen. Es ist nur eine Entschuldigung. Das Hotel wird einen solchen Fehler machen

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed! I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change. On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately. However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue. I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring! Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

Ich liebe es, hier zu bleiben und es lohnt sich wirklich für den Preis, den wir zahlen. Ich habe mit meiner Familie 3 Zimmer nebeneinander gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist sauber, aber der Kleiderschrank über dem Regal ist etwas staubig, deshalb lege ich kein Tuch darauf. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen 7eleven-Automaten. Wenn Sie sich nicht irren, wird der Pool noch bis 2024 renoviert, aber wir können mit ihrer Zustimmung in ihrer anderen Filiale in der Nähe des Flughafens kostenlos schwimmen gehen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, auch wenn wir etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Zentrum wie zum Lee Garden und zu anderen Märkten benötigen. Es ist aber wirklich praktisch, weil wir unser Auto am Hotel parken können, da dort viele Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Übrigens ist der Kundenservice hier sehr gut. Danke :)

Overall experience was nice...reception was very helpful, able to speak malay, HALAL breakfast was good (even it's only small wrap shawarma style). Free covered parking with standby guard. Muslim friendly with Kiblat direction in room. The only downside is, no Iron inside room, need to go to Level 2 for iron (please replace the iron as it got sticky stain on it, might ruin somebody's shirt)

Hervorragendes Hotel in Hatyai, Es liegt nur 500 m vom asiatischen Nachtmarkt, dem Greenway-Markt und vielen anderen Touristenattraktionen wie dem Kim-Yong-Markt und dem Lee Garden Plaza entfernt Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Wir fühlen uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und herzlich. Die Raumtemperatur ist gut. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Sehr große Badewanne!! Es ist sehr sauber. An diesem Hotel stehen zahlreiche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Leicht zu parken. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es kein Halal-Frühstück gibt. Wenn das Hotel Halal-Frühstück anbieten könnte, wäre das ein toller Punkt. Empfohlen für jemanden, der Hatyai besucht

Location hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden. But the hotel is new and have swimming pool views. We feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and neat. Design of the room is very ancient Thai style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. The WiFi is good. The breakfast doesn’t have variety of food. But nearby have 7 Eleven. Our experience in the hotel is good . We will come back again .

Walking distance to shop.. on the left lee garden plaza and night market, on the right kimyong market.. Got a mini bar, good plug point for malaysian people.. big parking space
