Everything was fine here, the team were lovely, rooms clean, it was just so hot inside and no air con which made it slightly uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel I have nothing bad to say though I

酒店的地理位置相當好，火車站出來，步行2分鐘就可以到達，酒店對面就是Tesco，而且從酒店步行大概5分鐘就可以到海邊，然後距離2條步行街走路也就5-10分鐘，相當方便； 酒店的設施很新、房間很大、服務員很nice； 我們是2大1小入住，服務員幫我們安排了加床，速度很快、效率很高，而且用的是全新的床墊，大床墊和小床墊都很舒服； 衞生間超級大，去了英國那麼多次、英國那麼多地方，是我看過的最大的衞生間，足足有10平米； 房間是公寓類型，可以自己煮飯，廚房的設施也是非常全的，而且很乾凈👍

乾淨整潔服務好

Room had absolutely no air flow and boiling even on a cold august day, felt suffocating, like no fresh air had been in the room for months. Either needs air con, or between guests to fully open the window. Room was modern, bed was good. I couldn’t sleep even with huge metal noisy fan as warm air moving around rather then cooling the room, kitchen looked great but couldn’t wait to leave in the morning so didn’t even use it as planned.

I stayed at the hotel with friends whilst spending a weekend in Hastings. We booked last minute and took the only two remaining studios available on the external booking site. We did not have time to look at reviews, and had we done so we would have requested rooms at the back of the hotel, as the noise from the nightclub opposite on a busy Saturday night was not ideal. Otherwise we liked the quality of the well equipped rooms, which were a comfortable temperature. However we would point out that the doors did not lock internally until we worked out that you need to tap the key fob on the outside and then shut the door to prevent it from being opened externally. This was not mentioned by the reception staff when we checked in, or on the guest information sheet in the room. It is a major security concern and does need to be addressed in the hotels procedures.

Stummble across this hidden gem last minute having to stay the night in Hastings for work. Manager Jay welcomed me in with his friendly customer service. Very modern room good for work purposes. Good connection with WiFi all came with a kitchette unit with basic cooking facilties. Local Tesco express nearby with the easy reach of the local high street and beach front within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend.

My first time visiting Hastings and Vive was the perfect hub for my stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful - especially the Acting Manager Jase, who knew the local area really well and gave great recommendations! When I arrived my tv wasn’t working and Jase arrived quickly and sorted it easily - and cheerfully too. Roham also in particular was lovely to talk to, very friendly and always happy. Overall, fantastic hotel, wonderful team, 5 stars! Can’t wait to come back.

A new hotel in the new town of Hastings - conveniently located for the station and beach etc. Very nicely designed - the room , although small, took advantage of the double height ceiling. As previous reviewers have stated the room was incredibly hot, even with the window open (on a chilly bank holiday weekend). A fan was provided but it was noisy and far from ideal. The room notes stated that there was a thermostat by the door. There was not. In addition, the mattress was so thin and soft you could feel the bed frame. After spending so much money on room design, scrimping on the mattress is an odd decision. The hotel is situated on a street famed for nightlife - several pubs (including Wetherspoons) and clubs very close by. This may appeal to some people but it makes it noisy - especially if you have a room at the front of the hotel on the street.

Modern hotel room although compact and small. No thought seems to have gone into design / took layout. Very friendly and helpful stay. Extremely hot, no air con in the room plus unable to change the temperature stays at a standard 27 degrees, windows can’t be opened. Situated opposite a night club which closes around 5.00am no chance of sleep what so ever as bed is push to the wall and uncomfortable. Received two fans for the room one was broken and the other really didn’t help with the heat. Smart TV is a waste of time nearly works and no normal free view channels. Very disappointing stay. Location close to town and taxi rank outside but that’s the only positive.
