I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism shown by this hotel. I had to cancel my reservation less than 24 hours it was made due to a serious illness in my family, and despite this, the hotel refused to refund my money. I completely understand cancellation policies, but emergencies happen, and a bit of empathy goes a long way in these situations. Instead, I was met with rigid rules and zero flexibility. It's disheartening that a business would prioritize profits over understanding basic human situations like health crises. I won't be staying here in the future, and I'd advise others to avoid it as well, especially if there's any possibility that something unexpected could happen. There are plenty of other hotels that treat their guests with care and respect -- sadly, this is not one of them.
