"Der Service an der Rezeption ist höflich, die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, das Hotel kann Touristen aus Hongkong und Macau empfangen, der Fernseher ist groß genug, das Doppelzimmer ist geräumig, es wird jeden Tag genug Wasser geben, es gibt Einweg-Toilettenartikel, das gibt es Ein Supermarkt neben der Hoteltür, braucht klein, aber was man will, kann man kaufen. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der kleinen Straße, aber die Lage ist in der Tat gut, zur U-Bahn-Station sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch mehrere lange Haare auf der unteren Schicht, auch mit Staub. Die Dusche läuft langsam ab, außerdem hat die Putzschwester am nächsten Tag die Haare möglicherweise nicht gereinigt, beim zweiten Duschen ist der Abfluss völlig unzureichend, mehr sickert vom Rand zur Türstelle, am Türrahmen sind Wasserflecken zu sehen, das sollte nicht sein Eineinhalb Tage. Es kommen immer noch kleine Insekten hinter der Haupttür hervor. Sie leben schon seit vielen Tagen und wurden immer noch nicht beseitigt. Aber angesichts des Preises, der Lage und der Raumgröße blieben wir trotzdem noch zwei Tage."

"Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit."

"Mein erster Aufenthalt im Qiuguo Hotel. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr enthusiastisch und können alle Probleme rechtzeitig lösen. Der Service ist sehr gut und sie sind wie Familienmitglieder. Es gibt auch viele Toilettenartikel und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, wie Nähzeug und Nagelfeilen, was viele Unannehmlichkeiten beseitigt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Der Raum ist außerdem mit einem Luftbefeuchter und einem Frischluftsystem ausgestattet. Toilettendesinfektionsmittel, man sieht, dass sich dieses Hotel wirklich darum kümmert. Außerdem gibt es im ersten Stock einen Freizeitbereich, der sehr prächtig aussieht und auch Saft, Zucker und Kekse bietet. Auch der Dekorationsstil von Qiuguo gefällt mir sehr gut. Kurz gesagt, ich bin mit dieser Zeit sehr zufrieden und werde bei Gelegenheit in Zukunft wiederkommen!

Hatte ein kleines Problem mit Fußmassager nicht arbeiten, aber der Front Desk Agent ging mit der Frage ein. Traditionelle Frühstück war geschmackvoll und sehr vernünftig bezahlt. "Ich brachte meine Kinder während der Maifeiertage nach Harbin und entschied mich für dieses Hotel, nachdem ich wiederholt Hotels in der Nähe der Central Street verglichen hatte. Was meine Tochter mag: Zelte in der Eltern-Kind-Suite, Puppen, Märchenbücher, verschiedene Klaviere, intelligente Frühpädagogikmaschinen, die singen können, und am liebsten die Verkleidung der Königin. Sie sagte, sie möchte für immer hier leben. Was mir gefällt: guter Service, eine Tasse Kumquat-Tee beim Eintritt, Gepäck aufs Zimmer geschickt, kostenlose Erfrischungen und Nachmittagstee, reichhaltiges Frühstück, obwohl das Zimmer kein Hauptlicht hat, ist es hell und nicht blendend, es gibt zwei Luftbefeuchter, Das Zimmer ist warm und komfortabel. Es ist nicht trocken und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flussufers und des Morgenmarkts in der Hongzhuan Street in der Central Street. Ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft wieder wählen."

Die Lage ist sehr handvoll, zugänglich für das, was wir brauchen. Meist zu Fuß entfernt.
Und das beste ist das Buffet Frühstück! Wir genossen die Vielzahl der lokalen Lebensmittel.

"The room was comfortable, amenities will well pack and prepared.
The toilet - water level was weaks, the lights were dim and require hooks to hang the clothes. The staff service at the front desk was not responsive and helpful - when ask or questions, looks lost, Language barrier. The hotel does not have a gym and buffet breakfast at the restaurant can be improved with more variety and staffs not proactive in serving the customers.
The security for the lift failed, no card required. People can just go up to your room without any security pass or questions.
Location was excellent, inside Red Square and Wanda Plaza."

GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

GGastnutzerIch hatte vor kurzem die Gelegenheit, in einem Hotel in Harbin zu übernachten, und ich muss sagen, dass meine Erfahrung insgesamt recht positiv war. Die Lage des Hotels war praktisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend und boten während meines gesamten Aufenthalts einen effizienten Service.
Die Hotelzimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt und boten eine komfortable Umgebung zum Entspannen. Die Betten waren gemütlich und sorgten für eine gute Nachtruhe nach einem anstrengenden Tag voller Erkundungen in der Stadt.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

HHezzzFirst time visiting with my parent and was contemplating a lot due to the reviews but it turned out GREAT! Spent 10 nights here, location/service/ cleanliness and overall were excellent.
Staff came out to help with my luggage, front desk staff was friendly and helpful when I requested for late check out the night before. Did some online shopping before heading there, items will be delivered directly to the total and you can collect it when you’ve arrived (very convenient)
Location was excellent as central street is just round the corner (less than 2 mins walk), Songhua river and other popular landmarks are walkable distance.
Will definitely book this hotel again when I come back, they even gave me complimentary room upgrade 😊

Während des Urlaubs hat Tai Liu Wen keineswegs die Sorge. Das Kundendienstpersonal an der Rezeption, das am 20. Dezember zur Arbeit kam, war ein hübsches Mädchen und ein hübscher Junge. Der Service war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Wir gingen zum Eis und Schnee World, weil es zu nah war und es keinen Fahrer gab, der die Bestellung entgegennehmen konnte. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
