It was just a quick stopover before my flight since I had to be at the airport really early in the morning. A roundtrip to and from the airport was provided (it was a quick 6-minute drive). Pickup was very easy: I called them and they sent the driver to pick me up. I also asked for a wake-up call in the morning. The shuttle left on time. The room was spacious and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Bottled water, toothbrushes and a comb were provided in the room as well as some oranges. My room was a non-smoking room and there were no lingering smells. Would definitely stay again!

Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️
