we reached the hotel earlier than check in time. I booked 2 rooms, there are 1 room available for us to rest, which we feel thankful! overall the room is ok, only dislike the hotel allow guess smoking in the room and let their door open. The smoke also came into our rooms. Hope they take note on this.

The location is good. But the only thing is sometime the hot water might not be hot enough and sometime it cold. But they offer the help.

Good location. Close to main walking street. The nearest metro is around 10 mins walk. Decent room size. Friendly staff.

Excellent location, as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but only just around the corner. Exit the front door and turn left or right and you were entering the Harbin experience. Meandering through the streets we found the best sights, food, and shopping, and at the end of the day, all roads easily led us back to this comfortable, easy going accommodation. A bit light on providing the tea bags, but the water pressure was great! The concierge ensured the Didi made the u turn to collect us out front, as they were prone to making us cross the (very difficult) road. Late checkout was awesome, and they looked after our bags as well. We love Harbin!

Nearby with metro and attraction.
Nearby to airport bus stop.
I liked their hot shower especially when it was -20°C outside.
Good self laundry service.
Friendly and helpful staffs.
Breakfast spread was nice.
Will repeat if I go to Harbin.
