Das Habsburg Hotel in Harbin war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat von Anfang an ein europäisches Thema. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt Sie immer freundlich, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und sind sowohl Einheimischen als auch Ausländern gegenüber zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war makellos und geräumig, die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass es im Zimmer zu heiß war und die Temperaturregelung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Abgesehen davon gab es am ersten Tag der Ankunft kostenlose Snacks sowie Gutscheine, um das volle Erlebnis eines russischen High Tea sowie eines Cocktails am Abend an der Bar zu genießen. Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und ist ein erschwingliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Die Lage war perfekt, es befand sich in der Nähe der Songhua-Seilbahn, der Zhongyang-Straße, wo Sie lokales Streetfood genießen können, und in der Nähe der Sophienkathedrale. Wir haben auch das Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel genossen und der Service war fantastisch. Die Managerin Jenny war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und uns gut bedienten. Das Habsburg Hotel ist definitiv ein Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Harbin empfehlen würde.

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Central Street Flood Control Memorial Tower Sehr praktisch, um überall hin zu gehen, und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle namens Didi. Der Service des YY-Personals ist auch großartig Der Nachmittagstee ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und umfasst lokale Spezialitäten wie Gurken, Kwas, großes Lieba, Brot, Gebäck, Obst und Nüsse. Außerdem sind sorgfältig zubereitete Toilettenartikel, Gesichtsreiniger, Mundwasser und Zahnbürsten vorhanden. Einweghandtücher, Badetücher und Toilettenbezüge sind sorgfältig vorbereitet. Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Service ist aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und auch das Frühstück ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt neben dem Red Brick Morning Market und der Central Street. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 20 Minuten und zum Stalin Park und dem Flood Control Memorial Tower etwa 25 Minuten. Tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis!

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Das Hotel ist einwandfrei mit sehr gutem Service und ausgezeichneter Sauberkeit. Hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass das zum Frühstück angebotene Baguette einem westlichen Standard standhält, was für Hotels in China außergewöhnlich ist. Das Brot kann nicht wie Schaumgummi zusammengedrückt werden sondern ist fest mit knuspriger Oberfläche. Auch die dazu angebotene Marmelade kann von deutschen Gästen nicht beanstandet werden. Als - soweit ich es gesehen habe - einziger westlicher Gast, war ich auch der einzige, der davon gegessen hat. 😊

Dieses Hotel bietet kostenfreies Selbstbedienungs-Waschservice, kostenlose Nüsse am Abend. Lage in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Gehweg ca. 6Min. Das Bett und der Kissen sind komfortabel. Der WC ist im Winter warm ist eine Überraschung. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt und meine Kinder genießen Chat mit AI, Xiao Xi. Unterhalb ist das Personal hier sind unerfahren. Es wird perfekt sein, wir wurden kostenlos Frühstück für den Preis angeboten, den wir bezahlt haben. Und ich werde dann 5 Sterne bewerten.

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great! 

Hotel has convenient location nearby Zhongyang walking street. No problem with taxi or didi car coming to this location. Wifi is decent, you don’t need to enter a phone number. Room is beautiful and spacious. Issues I had with my room is that every day my key card will not work. I think this problem happens when cleaning staff access the room. Everyday I would have to get the keycard fixed by the desk staff. Also my sheets were never changed or cleaned. In the shower did not have conditioner and body wash bottle was already near empty. You’re only given a tiny roll of toilet paper. Room was way too hot at night, with no way to change the temperature. Overall the experience was ok
