前台玲玲微笑服務，態度好，最後也是她給我加微信開的發票，很認真工作的小姐姐。 酒店環境地理位置優越，吃飯購物都方便。 小機器人也很給力，送了好幾次外賣和毛巾啥的。 但提個小意見，我們用了好幾次，它就在門口安靜的等，有一次等太久直接走掉了。後來電話前台讓它又送了一次，前台説會打電話，結果又差點錯過，因為沒有電話。是我們在房間裏聽到外面有聲音才跑去開門的。能夠接通門鈴就更好了！ 去年春節在含山還有訂不到房的時候了，今年新開了好幾個，都挺不錯的。給小縣城的發展點贊

房間有一次性杯子梳子牙刷、尤其讚的是洗髮水和沐浴露、洗完頭髮真的一點不乾澀！入住時讓前台小姐姐安排了一間光線好的、有飄窗的房間，無線網速很快、電視畫質也比較清晰、房間的吹風機也是大牌徠芬的，吹頭髮 幾分鐘速幹，服務熱情周到，前台小姐姐接待服務態度很好，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心，還幫我把衣服拿去洗好烘乾送到房間了，很寶藏的一家酒店，無可挑剔！
