Ausgezeichnetes Zimmerdesign mit schmackhaften Umgebung. Madame behandelte Gäste mit echte Sorge und Pflege. Sie war eine freundliche Aufsichtsbehörde und ein Beispiel für alle Mitarbeiter zu folgen! Es gibt viel Raum für Verbesserungen, um das einzigartige Restaurant/Kantine einen attraktiveren Ort mit besserem Essen, vielleicht ein berühmter Koch, und um den Gästen einen anderen guten Grund zu geben, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

Excellent stay. Owner and service are nice and friendly. The room is clean and nice, comfortable. It’s a kind of homestay with 2 floors and not a high building which makes it feel cozier and calm. The hotel is located in a big and beautiful park area so feels like being away of the city and close from nature. Recommends 👍 Also there is a small farm / workshop / art infrastructure in front of the hotel, the landlord is nice and there is a cozy place to drink coffee in, worth taking a look!

Ich war schon einmal in diesem Hotel und es fühlt sich ziemlich ruhig an. Es ist bequem mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Xixi Wetland. Dieses Mal war ich jedoch sehr sprachlos. Das Frühstück war wie geschnappt, und sogar der Tee musste eingepackt werden. Als ich zum Essen ging, waren alle weißen Brei- und Teeblatt-Eier- und Fleischbrötchen ausverkauft Die Tür zum Nebenzimmer war offen und sie unterhielten sich lautstark. Der Geruch von Zigaretten erfüllte den gesamten Flur, sogar die Tür des Badezimmers in meinem Zimmer. Ich weiß nicht, ob es aus dem Hotel kam Wenn das Rauchen verboten ist, ist es erstaunlich, dass ein so starker Rauchgeruch nicht die Feuersprinkleranlage ausgelöst hat.

'Die Rezeption hat das Sauerstoff-Bar-Zimmer aktualisiert. Die Luft im Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und komfortabel. Die Geräte werden angeblich negative Sauerstoff-Ionen und eine wirksame Filterung von PM-Mikrosen erhöhen. Das Zimmerfenster kann den Westen sehen. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut, auch sehr ruhig, loben Sie es!

I stopped in late at the last minute (around 3am) for someplace to lay my head and had accidentally booked for the wrong day. The staff was completely understanding and were able to make the necessary adjustments. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, this is another place near Zhejiang University worth stopping at.

Excellent Room and service, staff is friendly. Location is a bit far from metro but you can ride a bicycle for rent to metro station easily. Breakfast is good but suggest to add more types of breads.

Das Zimmer hat einen sehr guten Stil und ist sehr innovativ. Es verfügt auch über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Plattenspieler. Der Raum verfügt über eine Tür zur Terrasse, die zur Belüftung geöffnet werden kann. In regnerischen Nächten ist die Luft sehr gut. Es wäre sehr angenehm, wenn Sie im Sommer zum Schwimmen kommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gesund und schmeckt gut. Sie können die Straßenbahn unten aufladen.

Excellent location, great room, and the view was better than expected. I enjoyed the bathtub. Additionally, I left behind my coat and a jumper, they contacted me and mailed it to me. I will book with them again!

Das Zimmer ist sehr neu und schön, das Servicepersonal ist sehr höflich und die Getränke im Hotel sind auch kostenlos. Vielleicht ist es nicht sehr bekannt und viele Leute kennen den Preis stimmt und es ist wirklich gut! Es gibt einen Swimmingpool im fünften Stock und es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück im Hotel. Sie waren auch sehr zufrieden.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
