Der öffentliche Service ist enthusiastisch und die geografische Lage ist auch sehr gut. Obwohl es warm ist und Klimaanlage, ist die Frühlingsfestival-Nacht sehr kalt.

Das Zimmer ist besonders groß und hell, das Fenster kann man draußen in den Schrank sehen. Die Stimmung ist besonders frisch. Es ist regnerisch, wenn man hingeht, besonders die Atmosphäre in der Unterkünfte, wirklich sehr komfortabel. Der Ladenservice ist auch geduldig, die Rezeption Schwester ist auch besonders warm ~ das Zimmer ist noch schwach, ein Musik-Shake-Shake ist wirklich sehr komfortabel, fünf Punkte zu loben.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean & spacious！Amenities were all complete. It's close to city center and has mountain view as advertised. Will stay here again if I go back to Hangzhou.

Der Service an der Rezeption ist gut (nette Dame), das Zimmer ist sauber und detailliert, die Matratze ist bequem, die Wassertemperatur ist angenehm, das Bad ist komfortabel, die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist schnell und es ist praktisch für Büroarbeiten, die U-Bahn ist daneben und es ist super bequem zu reisen, und man kann zum Westsee laufen und fahren, die U-Bahn ist super praktisch und das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, besonders das Nudelrestaurant, in dem der Koch wohnt. Es schmeckt besonders lecker. und die Hühnersuppe ist köstlich. Außerdem gibt es eine Auswahl an frischem Obst, Brot, Milch, gebratenem Gemüse, kalten Speisen usw., was mich sehr zufrieden gestellt hat. Darüber hinaus ist auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant sehr gut und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Leute sehr wohl fühlen. Sie können beim Auschecken auch kostenlos bei der Aufbewahrung Ihres Gepäcks helfen und es nach Ihrer Rückkehr vom Spielen wieder mitnehmen, was sehr praktisch ist.
Insgesamt bin ich mit diesem Hotel in Bezug auf Service, Ausstattung und Umgebung sehr zufrieden! Wenn ich das nächste Mal hierher komme, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen!

Ausstattung: Die Einrichtungen sind recht vollständig, obwohl die Toiletten und Badezimmer öffentlich sind. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Ruhebereich und eine kleine Terrasse, was insgesamt gut ist.
Hygiene: Es ist hygienisch und sauber. Die Tante ist sehr verantwortungsbewusst und hält es immer sauber.
Umgebung: Die Schalldämmung ist etwas schlecht, um nachts zu telefonieren und sie deutlich zu hören.
Service: Der Service an der Rezeption ist zwar sehr gut, aber es gibt viele Mücken und es mangelt an Mückenschutz oder Mückenspiralen. Ich wurde in ein Sieb im Zimmer gebissen und es wurden keine Insekten gefunden.

GGastnutzerLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

GGastnutzerDas neu eröffnete Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig. Die Zimmer sind mit intelligenter Ausstattung ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks ausgestattet. Auch der Essenslieferroboter ist ein Pluspunkt, ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten!

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

MMG LeeThis hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

SShangguanwanhuiEs war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ich war sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich wiederkommen würde. Der Service war sehr gut und großartig. Auf die Frage, ob ich Vorschläge habe, habe ich keine Vorschläge, da das Zimmer sehr sauber ist und jeder Mitarbeiter großartig ist, egal in welcher Abteilung er sich im ersten Stock oder im Restaurant im achten Stock befindet warm. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön. Man sieht, dass es sorgfältig gereinigt wurde. Dann habe ich meine Sachen vergessen und nicht einmal darüber nachgedacht. Das Hotelpersonal hat mich sogar angerufen und mir gesagt, ich solle es mir per SF Express schicken, und es gab keinen Grund, zu viel Geld auszugeben Ich sagte, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, dass er so aufrichtig war. Außerdem rief mich meine Schwester an, um mir zu sagen, wie ich das Einchecken beim nächsten Mal bequemer und schneller gestalten kann. Der After-Sales-Service ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal zurückkomme, werde ich im Grand Hyatt übernachten.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
