Motel 6 Hagerstown, MD

The place was clean but they literally never came to my room to clean it. When I needed more toilet paper they said come pick it up in the office, wow. My stay was 4 days, thank God I had 2 beds or I probably would have had to pick up my sheets at the office and make the bed myself.

A really great place to stay whether you just need a short stay while traveling or on a longer stay for whatever reason. From the minute I walked thru the door I felt like making sure our stay was enjoyable was a priority. The staff is so nice and check in was so easy. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Even the smoking rooms smell like non smoking rooms you can't even tell the difference. The place looks great and you can tell the owner is really putting a lot into changing this place. Compared to other places around the way your treated is such a refreshing change. I'm so glad we decided to come here. Definitely recommend this place.

Hotel was fairly average in appearance. The rooms were slightly less nice as compared to the multiple other Travelodge's I've stayed at but they were not bad. Very decent hotel at a good price. Decent area.

Room was not clean Bugs everywhere including bed and pillows Freezer was not defrosted Mold in shower No water pressure Cobwebs all over the ceiling Floor was disgusting Mold in the a/c unit Trash was still in the trash can

We were on the road from MA destination Memphis, TN and stopped for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our stay. We booked the room the same day and was accommodated.

Called and asked to a general manager and was told by an "Emily" (clearly not) that she was the general manager for all intents and purposes and that I would never catch the GM. I requested a number to file for complaint and was told to google it, they didn't have a number for complaints. I requested additional towels and was told that I had to bring my dirty linens to them to get clean linens for my room. Everyone was very rude!!! I don't care if you are a family, business or spending a weekend away, pay the extra money and get good service. This place is clearly run by "people" that believe they have the power to do whatever they want.

bad experience, room was dirty, mattress had mold on sides of it, bathroom and tub were not clean, floor was also very dirty and stained. this was one of the wrong room i have every book and i stay at hotels about once a month or more

at first the lady working here was nice then when we tried to extend our stay our pastor called to try to pay for 3 nights and everything got weird and she got rude told me it was none of my business why they wernt accepting credit cards. and the issue wasnt even that they wernt accepting credit card it was that they were only allowing a 1 night extension at a time at this point in time, and I didnt find that out til we had already had to find a new hotel and filed a complaint with wyndahm
